I've been experimenting recently with lube, started with Shea butter and Astro glide but the Astro glide caused a slight stinging sensation, especially when using the Progasm. I then tried Shea butter and coconut oil which was a bit better. Today I tried Shea butter and olive oil and wow what a difference! The Progasm sank deeper than it ever has and had great mobility. The olive oil also provided a pleasant warming effect. Really looking forward to my next session with this new combo.

Perhaps it's time to do some investing in these?

I use a 1:1:2 olive oil / coconut oil / Shea butter mix and then coat it with Good Clean Love water-based lube...that works pretty well.

@7sdoor

Out of curiosity, what does the water-based lube provide that's not delivered with olive oil, coconut oil, and shea combined?

The oil and Shea mixture is very much like a butter texture. It is long lasting and makes for a good base layer, but the water-based lube gives it a more slippery feel that I like. The water-based lube by itself dries up a little quicker.

You are using both at once? it does seem interesting to me since the lube I use dries up pretty quickly despite being an anal lube; only concern for me is privacy since someone said they could smell something in my room back when I was using coconut oil. How do you apply them and how much?
