I heard that people have been saying good things about Psy, would that help me?
I've been trying for 9.5 years or so. Read online that with the Aneros models you aren't supposed to insert them all the way in.
And that the Psy models can help you stop it going all the way in. Is that a good idea?
I'm not sure if it would help you, but what helped for me and made me have a breakthrough was this method in this post. This would be a cheaper and faster alternative for you to try out, as it achieves the same thing as adjustable arms.

I think the threads we've had in the last year or so about people modifying the placement of their P-tabs and getting good results is what finally got Aneros to accept that maybe there is something to what some men say about the toys not hitting their prostates. I'm not much of a DIY guy so I ordered the new Psy to experiment. If that goes well I might think about seeing what I'm comfortable doing to the toys I already own.
@lonewolf8 this thread: A treasure map to the unsuccessful might be useful to you if you want to try modifying what you already have.
@lonewolf8 I got my Psy ordered as soon as it released for this reason. I switched to an MGX a long time ago and it's the first thing that sent me anywhere new, and I figured the reason was how shallow it sits. It might have the same length give or take as the other models but something about it just got near the spot, as it sometimes feels like it's missing said spot. I've been doing this for over ten years without a super-o at any point (just dry-o's at max) so I'm certainly experimenting with this. I tried the alteration methods in the other threads but just found it distracting in the moment. Hoping for the best.
