Second, if you are asking if the Aneros can make you ejaculate, I think it could help, but I also think there might be better solutions out there. Most Aneros users use their models for non-ejaculatory orgasms, or at least aim to learn how. However, by being in contact with the prostate, I've noticed I can ejaculate a lot easier and a lot more pleasurable than normal, so perhaps it could work for you if that if your aim.
