What you've related sounds much like a Super O to me. Remember Super O's come with different intensities and durations and yes colors too! (The colors are likely a result of activity in the optical cortex of your brain). Making a determination of whether this is Super O or not would really come down to your perception of a peak and a release. Putting all of that aside, it was most definitely a very powerful non-ejaculatory event! With respect to your experience with nipple stimulation I can totally relate. In so far as where you go from here, your approach is a good one.....remain open, focus on the sensation and force nothing. See where it takes you.

Congratulations on crossing over! I have to agree with 'BF Mayfield', what you described sounded like a Super-O experience to me. It was very similar to my own first Super-O. I think your mind was ready for this in a way you hadn't expected. There are a couple of verses from the song 'Amazing Journey' which may be apropos here : "Nothing to say and nothing to hear
And nothing to see.
Each sensation makes a note in my symphony.
Sickness will surely take the mind
Where minds can't usually go.
Come on the amazing journey
And learn all you should know."

Please don't discount the experience by labeling it as something other than a Super-O. Just ask yourself honestly, "When have I ever experienced such an event before?" And then today you followed up with a Super-T ! Way to go Dude! Your final line of text is excellent advice to yourself and others as well - "I think I'm just going to relax and try not to force this at all..." You are definitely on the path to learning "all you should know."

Cleo Laine described seeing musical notes as different colours and used a term
"Cross wiring of the scenses".

I agree with rumel and bfmayfield, and your experience is similar to mine, as well. I very seldom get the involuntary leg shakes, etc., as described by others, but have often felt the overwhelming, colorful, breathless ecstasy you describe. I had one yesterday. The absolutely indescribable joy that accompanies my Super O's thrills me and calls me back again and again.

Remember, boys, Super O is different for every guy. Don't think that just because YOUR Super O doesn't look like someone else's that it isn't the real thing.

Great session I'm so jealous.
The light thing is interesting , just last week I saw green lights , well more like pulsating shape changing blobs, and just last nite I also saw red / violet lights
But I saw these when nothing was happening , basically a very quiet session ,I thought they meant nothing . When these lights happen are they a sign of something bigger happening right then and there or is it just a sign that my prostate is awakening ? Should I have built on that with nipple play or other things. I was also using my helix , do you find better results on your stomach or other positions using the helix , I read that the stomach is best with the helix due to prostate contact. Do you have any other models that you use do you get better results from watching porn before your sessions? I've been at this for over 6 mths and have had some great sensations and feelings I haven't had anything great yet, but today is another day right

Synesthesia is not harmful or unhealthy, it is merely a psychological phenomenon which naturally occurs in the brains of some people occasionally. There is no reason to fear or worry about it. It can actually be entertaining, but for me, it is so rare and so fleeting, I don't have time to enjoy it.

Great news atm853, poppie, dada and friend rook, and flashing rumel!!!

I have had pretty active synaesthesia for years, butt not the usual colour fields and shapes for letters and/or numbers and the like. Characterized as a "mosaic thinker", I do experience a physical sense of the patternings of sensory perceptions, spontaneous thoughts, ideas developing, music/harmonics, spatial relationships and energy flows.

To give you a concrete example, the energies from mrs. a's anus, I see/feel as rich wine-red velvet packets holding golden spiral springs of vibrant vibrating music-like energies slowly opening outward. It does enrichen one's internal world! 😀

If I am recalling aright, and it is late!, rorymuscle and I are the only ones who have posted or chatted much about having synaesthesia. I would be very happy to chat with any or all at any time on the experience. Have you seen the videos or books about Daniel Tammet, Brainman? I will search for and bump the thread where I posted links and talked about this a year or so ago.

Wow, I've almost forgotten that I posted this, I've been so busy at University that I have not had any time to do some follow up aneros sessions!!! sounds horrible, I know but honestly its been so stressful, now Im on a free-time schedule so aneros will be apart of it soon!!! I just hope I have not lost the sensations down there. Honestly I've completely forgotten that I played an instrument for over 10 years and I do remember what it was like to really be one with the music and seeing colors in the different pitches etc... Its so incredible the mind, Maybe we are just a bunch of different colors all vibrating together.

I need to get back to my sessions and please someone tell me that I can go back to where I left off!? haha
