Well I tried to suspend some judgment after my first post, but it still doesn't feel like it is worth it. When I started followed the instructions but ended up improvising toward the end. For a few squeezes it did feel like the device was scratching a strange kind of itch, and I did get a little prostate fluid, but it wasn't really pleasurable. I guess it was better than the first time, but that might just be because I wasn't expecting any magic.
On to my questions: does the mere presence of the device in your rectum "rewire" your body, or is it the act of practicing muscle contraction? If it is the former, then can leaving it in while you go about your daily business speed up the process?
Is the "rewiring" a neurological process or a mental one? If it is the latter, is there any cognitive procedures one can follow to put one in the right mindset?
It's more of relaxing your mind and body. Not TRYING or FORCING something to happen. Rather surrendering your body to the pleasure toy. Practice those deep breathing techniques that are mentioned. Don't force any contractions because once you do everything will elude you and make it that much harder.
Also, having the right attitude is key. Don't approach your sessions with agendas. Instead, LOVE every moment of it and you'll be that much closer. Love every sensation, body twitch, etc... I hope this helps you. It's more of a mental process at first and the neurological will take over at a later stage. 🙂
Hi Sanny,
I can only speak from my experience and that would be that the re-wiring process took place during sessions only. I can't imagine that having it in while you go about your daily activities would do anything other than de-sensitize the area. When I have a session, it is the feeling or newness of having the Aneros there that is part of the process. If my body was used to it being there, it would not be as effective. I was at it for a while before anything happened. It is just going to take some time, I suspect.

That line says it all. You are on your way and your body is starting to respond. It is strange and you will build on that.
Hang tough!
Hi Sanny,
I'm pretty new to all this too but this thing is for real! I just got my first Super O a couple of nights ago and it is truly awesome. It still takes me a while if I'm laying on my side. For me, when I cut the handle off my helix and tried it laying on my back it worked wonders. Listen to the advice of some of the vetrans around here. I had to be reminded to just relax and let it happen and when I did I got the ride of my lifetime! Be patient, don't chase it and you may find yourself blissfully blinesided.
Good luck!
