Anyone ever experience light headedness, blurred vision, shortness of breath, or feelings like they were going to pass out while using any of the aneros products? I'm experiencing right now doing kegels and deep breathing with peridise...but this isn't the first time, happens occasionally with the massagers too...

Ok, but this is different I think. There's sinus congestion too but that's probably cause I've had a cold. Well I did a search and found other threads mentioning such "side effects" just hope it's nothing bad or a sign of health issues or something. I have a hard time coordinating my breathing with pelvic exercises sometimes so maybe I am just not getting enough oxygen to my brain when doing contractions lol.

However I have had strange momentary spells on occasion in the last year or so with nothing inserted in my butt as well...a few while driving; that was scary.

sensitiveguy22,

While Aneros use does induce many new, unfamiliar sensations into our body's vocabulary what you are describing sounds a lot different.... light headedness, blurred vision, shortness of breath, or feelings like they were going to pass out... With all that is going on in your life right now, especially with the non-approval of Aneros use by your fiancee. What you describe sounds very much like a mild panic attack or the effects of hyperventilation. The symptoms of both can be quite scary but fortunately are not usually harmful or long lasting.
Good Vibes to You !

I don't think that's it either; I've never got panic attacks and I don't really if she approves or not. I had them and used them before and will continue to.
