Okay I dont know if this suppose to be the super O but it was really scary. everyone knows when you hit your funny bone the numb tingling sensation happens. well 30 min into it i was breathing deeply and then my eyes turned black my whole body started to tingle and my body turned numb i started to breath very heavy and couldn't control it i was also moaning and the helix was rocking back and forth. this is the first time it happened to me and the scariest thing ever I didn't even know if i go back to it very weird experience. does this happen to someone else if so explain why did it happen.

I've experienced some of that. My vision has never gone black nor has my body gone numb (it has felt "weightless") but I do experience the tingling and heavy breathing. I don't really know if it's a super-o or not. Sometimes I feel like I know what a super-o is, certainly very localized super-o's (I have a thread on a "super nipple-o"), but I tend not to classify the sensations. I certainly agree with you that it can be scary.

Kundalini, chakras, energies, tantric....welcome to the aneros X-Files. What you experienced is rare for most but to some is completely normal. Do a bit of reading and hopefully that will ease your mind. Things can happen from time to time but I would just relax and let it happen.

Dan I think your body was just overwhelmed by new sensory input originating from your prostate. As far as I know it is very common to experience. Subsequent sessions those scary moments should go away and be replaced by continued pleasure growth if you keep it up and relax into it.

Nicely done! I won't classify that experience but yes what you describe makes sense. Scary? A matter of perspective. I found it to be thrilling, amazing and euphoric. Yes I have been there. What you felt is called an endorphin storm or surge. They lie dormant in your nerves and your nerves have fibers only cell thick that touch every point of your body (except the hair and nails). They all carry endorphin receptors and when your body has been given an adequate amount of time it injects a bolus dose into the body. With enough stimulus it will inject another every 10 minutes and here is the best part, it layers itself so that the next level feels more intense than the last and it is equivalent to the sensations many submissives get in bdsm when they are being spanked/whipped/flogged. With enough prolonged stimulus the body keeps injecting bolus doses of endorphins until they reach a place 10-13 levels deep called "subspace". A euphoric place of peace and extreme pleasure and love. There they say they feel one with God and the universe. Sounds like you were leveling up. Don't be afraid. Come out of it and relax, deep breathe and smile. Don't let fear take over as that produces adrenaline and masks the endorphin high.

Strange you should mention having that happen to you.

I had a similar thing last night except for the vision going black. I've had a few super-Os in the past, and thought I was going to have one last night but instead I felt the orgasm spread all over me, sort of lost control and had difficulty breathing. Also, and this is a new one for me, I almost ejaculated.

I felt REALLY tense, and couldn't stop myself tensing up against what was happening, and I think that was the problem. It was good, I'm not complaining, but it probably could have been a super-O instead it was a very nice experience that I struggled to breathe properly through, and I think the tension turned it almost into an ejaculatory orgasm which sort of killed it a bit because I was then concentrating on trying not to ejaculate. Interesting, and weird what happens sometimes.

You were probably also hyperventilating, I know I was. It makes you feel very dizzy and numb/tingly.

Been using Aneros for 7 years. Nothing "weird" ever happens. One thing that has happened is I start to drift to sleep from the relaxation. My guess about the weird experiences is you fall into a very light dream state that feels real but isn't. Similar to night terrors where people can't move. What night terrors are is when the body sleeps it will paralyze the body, but you are partially awake and feel like you can't move.

It's not hyperventilating, it's not dreaming. I just had another round last night and relaxed into floating state and calmost seas and the whole body tingles. Which you described happening before you started breathing faster. Hence not hyperventilating. No, this is the endorphin surge. And what a heck of a feeling.

I will re-phrase - I was hyperventilating, perhaps you were, but maybe not.

Like the idea of endorphin surges. Been experimenting and relaxing totally into it with wave after wave of orgasm, haven't felt any extreme love yet. It's like meditating and concentrating and takes practice I think.

@yankeecowboy you ever reached 'subspace' or higher yet?

Hard to say how far I've gone but this article explains the subject very well. Barring the fact they speak of going through the levels through a stimulus of pain, it isn't necessary to go through that method to achieve the releases that many submissives would tell you have been done through stimulus of passion as well. To that end I am not a sub, but they describe all the things we say here perfectly.

Perhaps just last night's Full Moon effects... and one of the reasons to not operate heavy or powerful machinery (think Stamping Press or Ferrari) when doing serious Aneros play..

Remember that our Prostate pleasuring actions are connecting with areas of the Brain that we've not yet rewarded, wired or trained. These areas, deep inside the brain, are close to where our instinctive and panic responses are formed. Flight, fright, responses are here as well.

Yes, my first Super-O had some of the same elements. I was lying down in a warm room with diffused daylight but felt as though I was standing on a pedestal, saw celestial displays against a black sky and felt a cool breeze travelling "upward" from my feet to my head.

this is about pain to get the rush, aneros is about pleasure to get the rush. both still need patience and think its a very interesting article

Yes it gets the results at least in the aspect if endorphin release. But if you read you probably saw a line explaining loss of vision or blackness. Which is fight or flight which may have been triggered in your session, would also cause increased heart rate and respiration. A bolus of epinephrine would give you a sensation of fear if you didn't recognize the chemistry. Confusing fear with adrenaline is common as the two are linked, psychological and visceral response. But If you relax and let the bolts if adrenaline fade out you are left with the endorphin and ecstasy. How cool is that
