Greetings all,
So I have been going at this for a couple of years now, however, I've never reached that "super-O." I've tried a few models, different positions, different stimuli, and different relaxations. Right now, I'm in a routine of about once every 1-2 days, for about 45-90 min each.
Now don't get me wrong, there are some great sensations. The involuntary contractions happen within the first few deep breaths/contractions at this point. I can even get them without the aneros in place. ie. sitting around. Here comes the problem...
I know, I know every person has their own way, but I ask because variations I've come up with don't seem to work.
At this point, after relaxing, I'm holding a 1/2 max contraction (or wherever the most pleasure is) and just riding the involuntary spasms. I can hold that for 15min+. Many of the guides I've read mention at this point to go ahead with a "max contraction." What does that mean exactly? Is it so hard that I'm practically straining or just stronger? Should I hold that max indefinitely or just a few seconds then come down to my previous resting contraction? Do I keep doing that repeatedly or only when I feel like I just need to squeeze hard? Should I just maintain the 1/2 contraction and relax the whole way? I should mention I never get an erection during these sessions, but can easily without the aneros. Is that an issue?
Sorry for all the rapid fire questions. Any help or advice is appreciated on this quest. I'm still hopeful and eager to figure this out.
Thanks.
Someone else gave me a little hint recently that has made all the difference - 'hold a long lingering outbreath', if I do that and do a few small rapid low abdominal breaths mixed with the right tension in the body it can work wonders.
Just another one of the thousands of hints people mention that may only work for a few people. May won't help you but it got me back on track, in fact I can virtually build a complete orgasm using that one.
One other thing, and again this is absolutely from personal experience, and may not appy to you. If you are getting frustrated (maybe you are not) let it out because its the biggest block going - I cried about it a lot and it cleared out some emotional stuff which I think needs doing sometimes.
Thanks, I'll give the breathing a shot.
Any advice regarding how hard/often you do this "max" contraction?
@aneros_user119497 I'm really only replying in the absence of anyone more qualified giving you advice, so don't take what I say as gospel truth. I've had some success as well as a lot of frustration myself, and been given widely varying bits of advice. One of the best bits of advice around is the 'pleasure trumps all' principle - if it feels good do it, and that seems to be the overriding principle, rather than a cookbook of precise PC muscle holds, or breathing techniques. What I have found recently is that having experimented with various levels of relaxation in the build up to orgasm and got nowhere, and I'm sure that for advanced users this can lead to high states of arousal, it just wasn't working for me. When I gave up and started throwing in some tension suddenly I started orgasming again. In other words it's highly individual and you have to do what works for you.
I can't emphasise how important the emotional side of this has been for me. 100% of this is in the mind and that has to be happy and functioning well to make it work.
I find that having an erection is actually rather distracting when it happens, but everyone is different.
Are you concentrating on the pleasure enough rather than technique? You have to focus on the pleasure above all else. And are you aware of your level of frustration? After 2 years I would be pulling my hair out and need to release it somehow. I was often told to listen to my body and just let it run the session not me, which is also very good advice, I only really knew what that meant when I felt it happening.

Never.

Sounds like a good comment. This said, the word pleasure can be misleading. Because different kind of pleasures and different ways of producing pleasure can be either very beneficial or very detrimental. It is only when you know, through succesful experience, which pleasure leads where, that the advice takes all its sense.
Meant to say regarding tension: during an orgasm it is important to relax, I'm sure others would agree. Tension acts as a barrier, things get really good when you can relax. I sound like I'm an expert, I'm not really, it's just my observation.
Another thing I noticed in your original post is that you say you ride the invountary contractions. I presume they are not leading to orgasm? When I get that it feels like my body fighting an orgasm and I know it's never going to happen. Perhaps you could actually try relaxing at that point?
Just completely relaxing? no contraction?
