Hey gents.

I was really busy on the run in to xmas with work, but the worst is over now.

Im pleased to report that we have reached my personal goal of having non-ejaculaory PO’s during intercourse, although not necessarily mastered yet,but I’m working on it.

Through trial and error, mapping of the pelvic floor and testing what is doing what at what times,I have figured a method that is working well for me.

Throughout sex and even masturbation, the pc muscle begins to tighten autonomously, once enough tightness is achieved, ejaculation,I think in my head anyways. Once night, wife was giving me a sensual HJ and perineum massage. She said she could feel the pc pull up against the body while stroking and come out if I’d reverse Kegel, while it’s in,I feel that I am moving toward ejaculation, when it’s out,not so much so.

I came up with the S-Contraction. It’s a little tricky but it works. Take the letter S. We put a pen to paper and sweep to the left to complete the top of the the S. So,if you diagonally down press a finger in right where the skin of the penis base meets the skin of the ball sack, you can feel the the lower shaft of the penis in there. This is where I contract the surrounding musculature. Then,we sweep the pen to the right, below the first left sweep. Let’s say just below where the skin of the ballsack ends. I push, reverse Kegel,Bear down, whatever you like call it. This relaxes and prevents the tightening of the pc. Then we sweep the pen left again, anal contraction. I roll the contraction all the way up the anal canal from the external to internal sphincter. So,in summary,in-out-in—in an S.  In’s stimulate the prostate. The out is pretty crucial for out smarting the ejaculation reflex, keep the pc mostly relaxed is the key.

Missionary seems to be mission impossible lol. Cowgirl and doggy are my go to’s. Cowgirl is easier to relax and focus. Doggy means I can thrust harder as I try to have the S-push lead the other muscle groups responsible for my general movement. This is difficult because I’m trying to keep the pelvic floor ring fenced with my focus. But it’ll get easier with practice and experience. It doesn’t last forever, eventually I begin to lose the battle for control. And no powerful super o yet as I’ve just too much work and focus going on.

It’s a very satisfying experience to have sex, cum, but still be fresh afterward and not be drained. The wife is enjoying saving loads up for when she needs them.

The best orgasm yet was when we had our first multiple orgasm together,I managed to chain 4 o’s together and the wife matched each one with her own. She had us sync up our vocals so our ahh ahh would climb in volume until release, never breaking eye contact and we could feel each other’s shudders and quakes and then again and again, and again. I’m calling it and intermediate super-o. I lost it after 4 and announced I couldn’t hold out and longer,so she told me to let rip and when we reached the peak we both exploded for the final time,I must admit,I pumped so serious gas into her and the TO was definitely longer and stronger than usual.

A bit of fine tuning to do to visit the next place at the same time as wife when the eyes are rolled up in her head, lucky women lol But hey,the journey never truly ends.

But straight up A-Less PO sex has eluded me so far. But I’ll get it someday.

The above was only just July when it was a dream.  Congrats on progress.

I had claimed in forum, learning to believe in belief is important to my progress.  That mainly was belief the best is yet to come for realities we have not yet fully discerned or are just beginning to own, but also belief in self.  Retrospectively, helpfully, you have patterned success for readers by demonstrating the role patient belief plays.

Thanks @helghast for contributing the S-Contraction, which was explained really nicely too.  To me it is one of your unique forum contributions, to invent cheat codes if you will; I don't know that I've read anything like this in forum before.  You'd mentioned something months ago about mapping out your own pelvic floor, but it did not happen to be given as a procedure.  In the Aneros body of knowledge generalities outnumber specifics owing to things such as everyone's different and the inherent squish in of attempting to apply words bodily sensations.  And yet here's a new method!

This evening relaxing on my own, I would do a slew of S-Contractions when I found that something would "catch" at some point in the curves, and that would be the moment at which I found myself in a lovely Aless zone.  Lather-rinse-repeat.  It slipped my mind to try it in the sack this morning with the Missus.

Missionary seems to be mission impossible lol.

When you get it, I'd like to know for as missionary is the go-to here.

Carry on!

Been working on it longer than the last 6 mths lol. Exploring different ways of relaxing, contractions, trying to find the right balance. It’s coming good now!

Belief is a huge obstacle to progress for a lot of people. I’ve seen many session accounts of the forum ended with ‘but no super-o yet’. It’s was! You are there, you just don’t believe it!!! Hahahah. You have to believe, and when belief does come,it needs to transfer over to confidence.

Could have explained better maybe but I’m no author lol.
Not so much cheat codes as exploratory work. You gotta just keep practicing and figuring out what does what and at what stage during arousal. Target muscles to flex independently and keep doing them until you have control of them. Practice, focus and patience are prerequisites I’m afraid.

Good! Do em nice and slow, visualise the S contraction and the pleasure comes. It’s not just for intercourse, you could implement them any session, toy or not. I just found the middle push keeps the old spunk reflex at bay, while the other two stimulate the gland,at least for long enough to bust out a few o’s. I’ll keep working and tuning until I have the big super’o’s. It’s a delicate balance, the feedback from the stimulus to the penis is like Wild rapids. You must tip toe across very small steeping stones.  One slip as you cross and you are doomed hahahahha Man I swear im losing it these days. When you do climb onto the wife, take it slow and start to record what’s guiding you toward ejaculation, and most importantly, what steers you away. But so many muscle groups in missionary make it really hard. Cowgirl would be the easiest platform.
