Dear Aneros Brotherhood –
After a few years away, a bit of experimentation and research, I have returned with powerful new tools, which when employed correctly can turn an average session into flowing multiple orgasms (sometime lasting for 30 minutes to an hour or more.)
I spent several years using a variety of Aneros prostate massagers following the directions and advice of senior members of this forum, and eventually left in frustration because of little to zero response. Oh, there were the tickles, and the occasional mini spasm, but these were rare. I came to understand what most of the men in this forum discovered – the Super O was only available to just a few people.
There are several critical points to having a full body orgasm that are rarely if ever discussed here.
You must have a healthy prostate to achieve an orgasm. This means a man suffering from an enlarged (BPH), inflamed or diseased prostate cannot trigger this type of orgasm.
Arousal is the key to jump starting a P-orgasm, and watching porn, or fantasizing for the majority of men is not enough to trigger the stimulation needed to orgasm.
A small percentage of men have naturally sensitive prostate glands and with gentle massage are able to have pleasurable sensations and, in some cases, multiple orgasms.
The key for men is to heal the prostate gland and set a path of wellness and relief before attempting to induce a multiple orgasm session. The combination of nutritional supplements, the elimination of alcohol, heavy sugars, coffee and tobacco allows the prostate gland a chance to heal. With the added use of an Aneros massager to stimulate the gland, blood flow and nerve function can be restored, and the prostate can be sensitized. But this is just the beginning.
As a history research investigator, I discovered that cannabis has been used for thousands of years to trigger sexual arousal in men and women. Rituals were performed where Bhang (Cannabis seeds and leaves) were crushed and added to liquid to produce a drink. The beverage was served, and couple would engage in sexual unions that lasted for hours. This is because they were highly aroused and stimulated. This is where Tantra Yoga (sexual union) was created and women discovered their ability to become multi-orgasmic.
The chemical compounds found in cannabis are called cannabinoids which oddly enough are identical to receptors in our brain called endocannabinoid. When ingested or smoked, cannabis stimulated these receptors and greatly enhance the sensitivity of the sex organs in men and women. But here’s an important part of using cannabis. You only need a micro dose – or very small amounts to trigger the levels of arousal needed to produce an orgasm.
I discovered this about a year ago after months of research. I had a short hit of a bong with a special cannabis strain (Sour Diesel) which amped up the sensitivity of my prostate, and while using the Aneros Helix – I had my first multiple orgasm. Actually, I orgasmed repeatedly off and on for close to 60 minutes.
The point here is that for most men in this forum, simply using the prostate massager with erotic thought will not produce the full body orgasms they desire. There are a few other techniques to ensure that this experience is repeatable, (neuroplasty), but for the frustrated masses – cannabis is the new male aphrodisiac.
If you believe your prostate is healthy, and you’ve been using an Aneros massage somewhat regularly, I would suggest giving a micro dose of cannabis a try. Do a Internet search for Cannabis Strains that produce arousal and experiment in a session. You may not have multiple orgasms the first time out – but eventually with a little time, your experience will be greatly enhanced, beyond the mediocre tickles that most massagers produce.
I’m happy to answer any questions that come my way and I’m here to advise as needed.
All the best,
Calboy
While the benefits of Cannabis use are frequently mentioned on the forum, declaring it as a roadmap to success is a gross disservice to inexperienced users who are beginning their journey, as well as the MANY users who have completed the journey without it.
:d ouch!!
I think it’s very inaccurate to suggest that cannabis use is the only way most guys will ever experience a prostate orgasm. There’s plenty of anecdotal evidence that it’s a shortcut but it’s not only possible, but actually quite simple to achieve the required physical and mental state without it. The issue lies in the fact that so much of what you do (and don’t do) to reach prostate orgasm superficially appears counter intuitive when compared to what’s required for a penile orgasm. Furthermore, after a lifetime worth of conditioning in penile methods, it can be difficult to reconcile sexual arousal with, effectively, doing the reverse of what you’ve done all your life.
I contemplated trying cannabis in my early days of experimenting, but I decided it would be almost cheating. I wanted to find out how to get there for myself - not have a drug do it for me.
Also, not sure why you bring alcohol and tobacco into it? I work in medicine and I get very frustrated with the widespread, lazy acceptance of these two things being used as stock explanations for any type of malady or poor body function. Often to the exclusion of the three bigger factors (poor diet, insufficient exercise and poor sleep).
@craigio not just that, some have said dope DOESNT help them at all. I think the post will create roadblocks for some rather than a roadmap.. you’ll get guys saying to themselves now,oh I drink,or smoke, that must be why it’s not working, or ok I tried dope, didn’t work, what’s wrong with me.
As much as I enjoy cannabis, I have to agree with the above posts.
I can't agree more with you Calboy but think your statements won't fly here. I have been promoting the use of cannabis in many posts and have gotten similar responses such as above. While this works wonders for me (and I'm in the older crowd) I doubt very much this is going to be the answer for everyone.
I find that micro dosing isn't enough unless you are a novice user but encourage all to at least give it a try. While it probably won't be the one thing that turns a beginner into a member of the super O crowd, it might be very helpful to some.
I feel there is much more to this journey than smoking pot and sticking a piece of plastic up you ass
As someone who never smokes pot, and also who didn’t have much trouble discovering prostate orgasms, i can’t validate pot use, but if it works, great.
i can say that alcohol very clearly dulls my senses and my libido. When I drink it makes it so, instead of wanting to lie down with a toy and “meditate erotically”, I want to go out and laugh. And the effect on the bowel, plus hangovers are yet another turn off. I think alcohol and drugs are great in general, but personally they don’t help with feeling sexy. These last couple months I have been drinking quite a bit, 2-3 times a week (I’m a musician), and my aneros use went down accordingly. I just took a break two weeks ago and it shot right back up (my bum!). But a glass of fine Bordeaux after a session, that is the finest thing I can imagine...
@divine_oblivion sessions after alcohol consumption have never done anything for me either. I haven’t been a regular smoker for more than five years now but I still always have a pack either for social smoking or just for when the mood occasionally takes me. It was while smoking a cigarette in the garden after a session that I had my first standing a-less. I wondered whether it was due to the mild stimulant effect of nicotine but I decided it’s far more likely to have been triggered by the subtle PV contractions caused by the deep inhales and forceful exhales.
But, whatever, while both alcohol consumption and tobacco smoking are detrimental to long term health, neither are going to inhibit your average guy’s ability to have a prostate orgasm (assuming said guy isn’t intoxicated or hungover during his session).
In my own experience, sleep is the biggest factor in whether I’ll reach orgasm. If I’m having a session on a day following a bad sleep (either not enough or poor quality sleep due to having eaten heavily too late) it’s very unlikely to happen. When I’m well rested, alert and functioning well, I find it much easier to get into the right zone.
In my younger days I used to partake in a toke or 4 but now I can't even look at the stuff because I have a cdl and am subject to random drug testing. As much as I would love to try some during a session, it just ain't happening.
Amen to that @craigio, I know smoking is bad & alcohol consumption can also be bad but it is not the end all be all of every ailment a person has. I'm not saying it's not a potential contributor but not the only cause as every Dr tries to tell you.
For me, I'm finding a successful session is more dependent on my mental state. In the beginning I had no idea what to expect or to look for or feel for, just that when it happens you would know but now as I progress if I can't get my head in the game and forget about the worries of the day (also something I really didn't understand in the beginning) I may get nothing or something very low level. On the flip side of that as I am become better at meditating I'm able to let go of the worries and concentrate on 'me and my pleasure, to hell with everyone else' and being fully mindful of every micro movement I'm doing or my body is doing. As an example the other night I noticed there is what feels like a bump on my prostate that when the head slides over causes tingling. I don't ever recall noticing this bump before but now that I know it's there I can actively concentrate on this place to get me the pleasure I seek. Unfortunately these are things you can read about and be told about but can only be learned over time.
Here are the facts - which unfortunately will never be revealed here on this forum. The vast majority of Aneros users WILL NOT orgasm. I for one, a healthy male in my early 50's, spent years trying to achieve the Super-O only to discover, that under normal conditions it was impossible. You will not find a survey on these pages that is truthful as to the response rate among users. That's because every man is different in his ability to amp up his arousal enough to get over the top and trigger an prostate based orgasm. My guess is that perhaps 20% or less have an orgasm with a massager. There are a number of other factors including stress, fatigue, depression, lack of blood flood to the abdomen (lack of exerice) that can be a cause for a poor reaction to the Aneros device. When I read about the legions of men who spend years attempting to have a p-orgasm (some as waiting 10 years) I'm appalled at the suggestions here to "keep at it." Think of Cannabis like Viagra - except that your focusing on the prostate - rather than the penis. The only difference in using a micro dose of cannabis is there are no after effects. I have had amazing "Cosmic" level orgasmic session with cannabis. I can say without hesitation that each and every session using my Helix has been wonderful. The increased arousal has also allowed me to have anal orgasms that are off the charts. Why wait any longer for this pleasure? Let's face it - a minority of men can have this experience with just a massager. The majoirty need to use the plant medicine to give us that edge - magnificent full bodied prostate orgasms.
Finally, there is a shamanistic quality when using cannabis that must be highlighted. When you use this sacred plant, your consciouness is shifted, and you connect with the higher levels of consciousness. In many examples, your thoughts become clear, and some men experience a connection with thier guidance. When you add the powerful orgasms one experiences with cannabis, the connection to the divine, you're blessed with sexual encounters which are deeply sacred.
I’m sorry, but that’s just wrong Calboy. I’ve never touched dope, and I’ve came my tits off on this journey,I’ve had some mind bending orgasms, and I don’t mean this as offence, but I’d say if you need dope to have a prostate orgasm, your not as healthy not as proficient as you believe.
Wrong Tommygunn? You're in the minority of users - perhaps 15%. Let others decide on their own.
But they aren’t deciding on their own, you’ve decided for them they can’t have a prostate orgasm without weed, and they need weed to get aroused to do so. Complete tosh,if you have a brain,a prostate and some muscles, you have the tools required, and each man must figure out how to tie it all together.
This is what makes each mans journey unique. It will always be a journey of self discovery no matter what forum we are on or what videos we watch.
Dude, you're one of the luck minority to have prostate orgasms. If you were to realize that 80% of the men on this forum and the thousands of others who are experimenting with an Aneros device cannot and will not experience these types of spasms - you would come to understand that there are other means to an end. Can you imagine a weekly practice, some lasting for 10 years, and having little to no results. Medicine plants can save these men the anguish of dealing with the frustration of practice with no results. We're not talking about getting so stoned that you cannot see straight - this is micro dose therapy. The results are outstanding.
Hey,I’m all for any tactic that works, the issue is the guarantee that following the OP guarantees success, what will you say to those who do it and it doesn’t work? How can you state a guy cannot get aroused without it? For me,it’s simple, they have mental barriers they must learn to break down,I had them, took over a year to figure it out,I had to learn how to arouse via the prostate journey,I don’t see why others can’t. All people are saying is it’s dangerous to proclaim a micro dose of dope and that’s it,the finish line.
callboy
as i only have a limited knowledge of cannabis use, could you please explain what constitutes a micro dosage.
here in the uk it is illegal if the thc content is above a certain percentage.
however there are outlets that sell cbd /hemp oil.
thanks
.sm
How fried? Is that the question?
Hey @calboy ,
You may have fallen for something called survivor bias. See, over the years there have been many posts similar to yours, promising the method™ with guaranteedresults. But the only thing one can say for sure is, that it worked for them. You just can't generalize from a personal experience. That's what this forum is well suited for btw: you can check, if a certain approach works for the majority or not.
This being said, weed was discussed quite often here and really seems to work for a lot of guys (me included), but it's far from a sure shot. That's why it shouldn't be advertised as a reliable shortcut. Raising expectations is poison for successful re-wiring. For someone still waiting for his first Super-O, trying different tips & tricks which are shared here in the forum is always a good idea. But it should always be regarded as one option among many. If it doesn't work, maybe another will. Going in with the mindset, that a particuar technique has to work, is a set up for failure.
Cheers, Unfug
@Unfug I could not have said it better. I, for one, am not relying on any substance whatever it is to enjoy the great pleasures this journey is offering me. I let nature do it's thing.
Cheers
@smaster hemp oil is reported to be useful as an aid for those suffering with insomnia and/or anxiety and there are anecdotal testimonies online that it is effective. However, there are probably just as many reports from those who say it was ineffective. To date, the medical and scientific evidence is inconclusive. That said - hemp oil lacks the component that causes the high and the reports here seem to suggest that it’s this that helps them orgasm.
I’m not averse to the use of cannabis products for recreation / relaxation purposes - in fact I’m very uncomfortable with the fact it remains illegal in so many supposedly liberal western countries. But, as others have said - don’t approach it believing it to be the magic solution.
Here are the facts - which unfortunately will never be revealed here on this forum. The vast majority of Aneros users WILL NOT orgasm.
Really? From where did you derive this 'fact' ? @calboy , while I believe in the sinceriity of your opinion, you undermine your own arguments by making statements as if they were facts when no such documentation exists.
You will not find a survey on these pages that is truthful as to the response rate among users.
This is a pretty damning statement negating every poll, I and every other user has promulgated on this forum ! I sincerely disagree with your assertion here.
I'm appalled at the suggestions here to "keep at it."
Would you rather see the readership suggest men "give up" the practice? Even if there is a lack of orgasmic success the practice of prostate massage has medical benefits (please see the Columbia Medical School study).
I have had amazing "Cosmic" level orgasmic session with cannabis. I can say without hesitation that each and every session using my Helix has been wonderful. The increased arousal has also allowed me to have anal orgasms that are off the charts.
That's wonderful for you but it is by no means a universal phenomenon. I concur that cannabis use may aid some men on their journey to a Super-O but there is no certainty it will transport one into the Super-O realm.
Let's face it - a minority of men can have this experience with just a massager. The majority need to use the plant medicine to give us that edge - magnificent full bodied prostate orgasms.
Perhaps and perhaps NOT, we just don't have any statistical data to make such conclusions, as such it is mere speculation and/or wishful thinking.
Dude, you're one of the luck minority to have prostate orgasms. If you were to realize that 80% of the men on this forum and the thousands of others who are experimenting with an Aneros device cannot and will not experience these types of spasms...
Again, from where are you getting these statistical 'facts' ? I've read many thousands of posts on this forum (well over half of all that has been written here) and yes, there are a 'lucky' minority of users who have reported quick and early prostate orgasms and Super-O's but your speculation that "...80% of the men on this forum...will not experience these types of spasms..." is not supported by the anecdotal evidence. It is true some men will likely never experience prostate orgasms or Super-O's due to a host of factors (please see Identifying Obstacles to Progress) but judging from the anecdotal evidence presented here the majority of men do obtain some level of success in generating prostate based orgasms even though they may not get to the Super-O level.
Medicine plants can save these men the anguish of dealing with the frustration of practice with no results. The results are outstanding.
Perhaps for you they are and that's great but it is not a universal panacea for the obstacles a man may face on this journey of discovery.
You just can't generalize from a personal experience.
This being said, weed was discussed quite often here and really seems to work for a lot of guys (me included), but it's far from a sure shot. I wholeheartedly agree with @Unfug 's synopsis.
Good Vibes to You !
Just for the record: for myself, I'm 100% sure that pot would get in the way of everything super-O/aneros.
I have had great success with small amounts of weed - the effects last for 2-3 hours and the super-Os go on for as long as I can stand it. That said, I have been into tantra yoga practices (asana/postures and pranayama/breathing techniques) and am anxious to start trying to super-O using these approaches instead of weed.
