lately I have had the Aneros eject from my bum and it’s becoming a nuscience. I put it in ok with good lube. After a while, the contractions seem to weaken and suddenly, “ plop”. And out it comes. Now I’m constantly just waiting for it to happen and it’s a distraction. Any advice on why or how to prevent this.
@Auditom Which model(s) are you using? I had this problem with Pro Jr.
What position are you using and how deep are
you inserted?
I had the same problem with my progasm, but never with my helix. I think the body is more apt to eject the larger models. Wonder if duct tape would help? (just joking)
@Auditom, Initially I had that problem with my first Aneros model, Helix Syn, but more so initially with Maximus and Progasm. Anal peristalsis was the root of my problem. But I solved it quickly by doing the Kegel Exercises which strengthen your pelvic floor and anal musculature. See: http://www.kegelexercisesformen.com/kegel_exercises_for_men.html
Hope this helps.

As to the why part of your question, I agree with @BigGlansDC, it is probably anal peristalsis kicking in when your sphincter muscles are too fatigued to continue the hold onto your Aneros device. After extended Anerosessions with any of my larger Aneros models, I've also experienced this. It can be even more likely to happen if you are standing and gravity is acting to reinforce the peristaltic contractions.
As to how to prevent this part of your question, I again agree with @BigGlansDC, Kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor and anal musculature will help tremendously. To a certain extent every Anerosession can also be an exercise routine to help strengthen these muscle groups. When you notice the weakening of your anal muscles, changing your body position to lessen the effect of gravity may increase your session length before ejection occurs. Some men have also employed tight fitting underwear, thongs or a reversed jock strap to prevent the total escape of their Aneros device. If you are laying on your back, using a firm pillow under your butt may also help prevent ejection during a session.
Good Vibes to You !
