The vibrating bullet on my new Vice no longer works. Is there any way of obtaining a replacement? The retailer where I purchaced it can not replace it because I no longer have the receipt. Thanks.

Try contacting Aneros Support via messaging on this website. While you're waiting, try one of these $9 vibes that fit the Vice. They don't last for more than 50 hours of use, but at this price, who cares?
