Reduced refractory period

One of the reasons why I got interested in dry orgasms was so that I could avoid the refractory period. Not just because I wanted to have multiple orgasms, but because how shit I feel because of it. This used to make me very anxious because me ejaculating would lead to a whole day of feeling sad/lethargic. Of course, that made me fear not enjoying sex. I have made a thread about this issue on this forum.

Lately, it seems that this problem have almost taken care of itself. I can't help but notice how much shorter the refractory period seems to be. I woke up to a wet dream today (last time I ejaculated was 2 days ago, what the...). Previously a wet dream would ruin my entire day. Now it's been less than an hour and I already feel like most of my energy and libido have returned. Also the last time I masturbated traditionally I noticed that although I lost a bit of erection, my penis remained responsive to stimulation whereas previously it would've become too sensitive. For "science" I decided to continue masturbating and I managed to orgasm again within less than a minute, though I had to add a lot of stimulation. However, then I was hit with a long refractory period.

My theory why this is happening is that it has to do with arousal. It seems that the higher the arousal at the time of orgasm, the shorter the refractory period. Previously I would rely completely on the ejaculatory reflex to build arousal. This means that by the time my arousal starts to get high, I've already built up the urge to ejaculate, thus preventing my arousal from increasing further without ending up with ejaculation and ending up with an underwhelming orgasm. Now that I've started to build my arousal without involving the ejaculatory reflex, by the time I actually start masturbating, it's already very high, and masturbation increases it further. When I finally ejaculate, the arousal has reached a very high level which causes a much stronger orgasm and a shorter refractory period.

Does this theory make any sense? It would explain certain things such as why most women tend to have stronger orgasms than men, because the ejaculatory reflex is not as strong in women and hence they can let arousal reach a higher level before "ejaculating". It also explains why it's common for many people here to end a session with a super-T. By the time you start masturbating traditionally, the aneros has assisted you with building arousal to a very high level.

Has anyone else here experience a huge decrease in refractory period as well?

Well yeah, that's the goal. But I am not quite there yet. I wish it was as easy as you make it sound.

@Aneroshole a lot of members are not there yet.

If you were to rate orgasm from 1 to 5 (5 being best), how would rate the following for you?

- Dry-Os
- Super-Os
- Traditional-Os

Anyone else, feel free to chime in and share your experiences.

I randomly picked 2.5 as a number for every traditional-O I have ever had and then I use the premise that a super-O must be equal to or greater then a traditional-O.....5 is used for the BEST ever category and 4 is reserved for as good as it gets
