Recovery Time Between Session

HI!

I have finally started to achieve incredible sessions with my aneros which last for hours and hours with big and small O's.
The issue I have at the moment is that the following night I would go for another session and nothing.... I presume this is fatigue of the muscles? Would I just need to strengthen the muscles? Any other suggestions or possible causes? How long do most people wait between session? And should I be pushing myself to achieve the session or just wait for the recovery?

Thanks Heaps!
Charlie

(I'm sure this have been asked somewhere, but couldn't not seem to find it in the discussion forum, so sorry for the double up if it is there somewhere)

@aneros_user87055,Check out the Aneros wiki. Also, have a read of the Announcement thread near the top of the Forum home page, entitled "Keys to the Back Door", by B.F. Mayfield.

I think you will find that the general wisdom has it that you should start by aiming for about three sessions a week, giving your body at least one day off between sessions in order to allow it to absorb the lessons learned from the last one.

Good Luck!

@Pommie Is there a way to get that thread back? "Keys to the Back Door"? At some point they ended up being "dismissed" And they no longer show up - Not sure how to undo that

@Drummel,Not sure what's going on here but I have just opened the file with no problems.

Maybe I misled you! The correct title is "B's Keys to the Backdoor" and appears second last in the list of Announcements. It's also closed so you may not add to the list of posts within it.

Hope you can find and open it.

@Pommie It still doesn't show up on the thread list, but I went through B's name and found it through started discussions. So I am at least able to view it that way 🙂
