I personally feel that there may be a bit too much emphasis placed on the whole "don't touch your penis" school of thought (during Aneros sessions), especially for new users. I think that it is important to be sexually charged one way or the other. If you are extremely horny then you may not need to stimulate yourself during an Aneros session, however I think that there is nothing wrong with pleasuring yourself either, especially if you are a beginner, in order to be sexually aroused during your session.
Before I got the Aneros I read as much as I could about how it works and what to expect etc., and when I first got the Aneros I really tried to go hands-free, based on what I had read. However, I only started feeling any pleasure from the Aneros in my prostate when I was sexually aroused. I did not try to focus on jacking off, but instead did things that caused my penis to flex, such as rhythmically squeezing the head of my penis between my thumb and first knuckle, and each time my penis flexed I noticed that my sphincter also reacted, which in turn made the aneros move. I also usually ended up masturbating to orgasm, and then noticed how the Aneros felt and moved when I would cum. I also noticed that if I did get hard while masturbating and started jerking off as usual that the feelings were not penile-centered, but instead were in my prostate and anus. Edging (going to brink of orgasm and then backing off) also helped me to get in tune with the Aneros.
Eventually I was able to avoid touching myself completely, and have a super-o without touching myself and just using the Aneros, but it was a process, and I don't think I could have gotten there (especially so quickly) if I had not also masturbated during my aneros sessions. Now, I get sexually charged thinking about those super-o's and do not need to focus on penile stimulation to get me started.
Also, even though I can have a series of mini-o's and super-o's I still enjoy actually ejaculating, and I am not going to stop masturbating to orgasm - I still enjoy my Fleshlight STU 🙂 (oh yeah - and actual human type sex LOL)
Hello BonerOwner, as I just pointed out in the "great prostate massage site" thread, my sessions with prostate massager always include stimulation of my penis. The combined excruciating pleasure in my penis and divine bliss deep inside my prostate region are awesome beyond words. The EMD exercise spreads that pleasure through the whole body for two or more solid hours or pure ecstasy.
GrandTiger - Thanks for the input. It's always interesting to hear about other people's experiences. I think that the most important thing is to listen to what your body and brain is telling you feels good, and focus on that. I find that my best Aneros experiences so far happen when my imagination and fantasies are active, and I allow myself to just feel good.
my sessions always include penis stimulation..my finger on the trigger spot requires this..
I find that once into a session, if I just touch my trigger spot, in my case directly below the head of the penis, it really sets me off. I do not stroke in any way, just a light touch and holding it there.
Some of my best sessions have been with this touch. 😀
