Quick and Dirty Path to the Super-O

mine vary but I've done them during the day/afternoon when i can, so I'm not tired or anything but i still get so tired i want to fall asleep when i get too relaxed or also when i get too exhausted/fatigued from doing the contractions

So another session today.

I started, just randomly getting a sort of mini o build up for no reason whatsoever, not actually in session yet. So i decided to watch some porn and see what it felt like in there, it was very good.

I thought then why not get the SGX too and see what happens, here is how it went and the things i noticed:

- i would get frequent SUPER and i mean SUPER hard erections, not seen the likes of those since i was a kid. But ONLY when not tensing the muscle, just when I'm 'focusing' energy on the feeling of the mini o or whatever it is, its not quite something i can label an 'orgasm' yet but for now lets just call it a mini o.

- my tip of my penis was like on fire, like it was super ht during these erections and occasionally even when it was down too

- there is warmth inside somehow, very pleasurable

- there is an 'ache' and its pleasurable but there is a hint there of something almost not pleasurable as well, its hard to describe properly other than to say that i enjoyed that feeling!

- i got the most pleasure not from the muscle movement described here but from the focusing on the mini o feeling which is constant,which mean the device almost didn't move or perhaps didn't move at all.

- watching porn in this instance helped as it gave erections and pleasure in there, i did not feel the need to masturbate this time, not sure why.

- I had a moment when i was 100% certain something came out of the tip of my penis, pre cum it felt like or something like it, but there was nothing it was really odd!

- kneeling and standing seemed to be the only places it worked. a little bit on my side too, but better when standing.

- I actually got a fair bit of pre cum! very clear liquid. I found that i don't force the muscle like i have been doing int he past, i just hold it VERY subtly, a subtle grip at a certain point and it feels good and though no super o, the feeling good part lasts ages, its been 2 hrs and still feeling nice!

The thing for me is though that watching porn has helped, making the prostate swell/keep me aroused!

This last bit is strange to say but: i feel i know what a super O feels like, ive not had one but i kinda feel i have expectations of what it will be like.

OK and now something odd.

I just had my first orgasm using the aneros!!!! at last!!! it built up quickly and was helped along by tensing my legs, the orgasm was unlike anything I've ever felt before it was deep and intense! Afterwards i did not feel like i had had one though, i wasn't tired and felt i could have gone on for more!

Here is my problem, when i orgasmed... i ejaculated, despite the feeling not being in the penis, nor was i touching it, nor was it brushing anything. It was however exceptionally erect, moreso than its ever been in my life!

So that wasn't a prostate orgasm then? what happened? is this normal?

@inhopehave had that my self.. feels like the sperm leaders activate the pumping without actually pumping any sperm. The feeling of there coming sperm even though there is none, I think is a matter of programming. You`ve done it so often you`re brain actually gives you the same feeling.

This is my best guess of what it is..
But mine was super short.. only like three "pumps"..

@Alex_xxx well I'm lost... is this progress, or is this going in the right direction? it certainty felt pretty good!But i was gutted to see cum and not a dry-o!

Best I can say is.. find out what feels good for you and keep doing just that :)So many recommendations and "how to`s" on this site, that I think it get`s in the way of people just going with what feels good.

If you keep building the feel-good sensations then I think you`ll get there.. eventually 🙂

I guess what I'm asking is if others here had this happen and if its the right thing to promote or repeat those steps in order to achieve it or to focus on something/somewhere else.

I personally want dry O's, i need to find out how that happens. Have done a sidestep to that goal or a definite progress indicator? one thing i want to say is since 1:00 pm today I've been having what i describe as euphoric feelings in my prostate and its now 9:00pm, it hasn't stopped once! so 8 hours of subtle pleasure is nice 🙂

@inhope, there is no "wrong" way to do prostate massage with an aneros. Like alex said, just keep doing what your doing and what feels pleasureable, everything will sort itself out in good time.

Im not really asking about right way or wrong way I'm asking about progress in relation to others experiences and if I'm heading toward the goal of dry-o's or heading away, i just need to know so i can tweak it if needs be.

@inhope, the mechanism that allows the aneros massager to work, is through causing the involuntary muscle twitching which in turn massages the prostate. This massaging along with relaxation and the right state of mind are the only things needed to produce a prostate orgasm. The level to what orgasm it is, whether mini, dry, or super is dependent on (?) Who Knows! LOL You can set up the right environment, but which orgasm you have is anybody's guess. So as long as you are setting up that environment then you are doing things right. I know, easier said then done. lol I've been at this for 1.5 years, ive had two super O's and many dry O's. Nothing is ever consistent for me. For about a week straight I was getting dry O's pretty consistently, then the next week, nothing. All you can do is practice and set up the correct environment for these things to happen. Hope that helps.

I use audible cues, mainly stripping out the audio from videos from "I Feel Myself" dot com. Great stuff there.

I have just discovered this wonderful thread. It is mind-blowing. The suggestions and ideas have excited me so much. I have always been aware of the difference between PC and Anus muscles but never thought about it. I realise now that I have been unbeknown to myself, doing this separation all the time. Earlier I learned to "roll" between the two. I have exercised this by contracting rapidly, the upper end of the PC, almost like an ejaculation. It is independent from the anus muscle. I then alternate the two for a minute or two.

I bookmarked this thread a couple months ago. I need to study it much more carefully. I just love @tomasheen's description of the interrelationship of the PC and anal musculature. Somehow the Cremaster enters the picture here.

Anyway this thread also describes the Aneros Tug-of-War Technique. Since the latter part of April I have used the Aneros Tug-of-War Technique in conjunction with @Alex_xxx's shallow breathing method when I Aneros, along with stimulating my nipples which really fuels my sessions. This combination has put me in a much higher level in terms of tons of pleasure when I work with my Aneros buddies. No Super-O's yet, just lots of pleasure! 🙂 😀

I can't seem to identify the difference between the PC and anal sphincter muscles. It just seems I'm contracting the same muscle???

The pc muscle is usually weak, where as your anal sphincter is much stronger, so without the coordination to flex them independently you may be missing the pc muscle contraction, but its there. Kegal's will help strengthen your pc muscles.

I got my first Kegel models in late December 2011, but they sat unused until early June 2012 when I began using the Helix Syn for the first time.

However, I began doing the Kegel Exercises in September/October 2011 in a more or less determined fashion almost every day before I began working with the Aneros.

I began working with both Progasm Ice and Progasm Classic in September 2012. In the following month, October, I made a great discovery about the Progasm. The Progasm works well with the Kegels. In fact, there seems to be a symbiotic relationship between the Progasm and the Kegels. Not only does the Progasm strengthen the PC muscles as @ineverknew says, but it also strengthens immeasurably over time your anal sphincter muscles.

I like to use several sixty second Kegels to begin working the Progasm and other Aneros models. But in recent months, by using Alex_xxx's method of shallow breathing and the Aneros Tug-of-War technique, I have developed subtle motions of my Aneros tools in autof**ks which produce exquisite pleasure in my sessions!

I've actually been able to work the left muscle and right muscle separately, like when walking, so the Aneros rubs from side to side. It's very difficult, and I can't do it very much, but when I can, it is very stimulating.

Hi @Badger,

I will have to try your method of using the left and right muscles alternatively when I Aneros tomorrow morning Saturday. Can you tell us what Aneros models with your method? Is it the Maximus or Progasm?

Also I noticed last summer when began using the Maximus and then later both the Progasm Classic and ICE was that these three models developed or built up the muscles in my upper thighs leading up to my anus and perineum, all this in addition to strengthening my anal musculature and PC muscles. So when I go on my walks about the city, there is that rolling motion "down there" as though the Aneros was inserted 🙂 😀 It's absolutely wonderful and it feels so good! 🙂

Great post, can't wait to try some of that stuff out later. Definitely going to have to try the frenulum technique, as a few times I know I have been teetering right on the very edge of orgasm, only to have it fade away without pushing over. Hoping it does something great!

Hi guys,

This morning during my Aneros session I have stumbled upon the Tug-of-War technique which happened as a surprise. I worked with this technique and produced lots of pleasure! It seems the most natural thing in the world. I even can work with the Tug-of-War in Aless which I have done off and on today. It is way hot!

Regarding this section here:

"Contract your anal sphincter, then your PC muscle; then back again"

I have had trouble identifying the two different muscles, i used to (and probably still do think) that the PC one is sort of higher up and behind the penis and the anal sphincter is lower down, ie where you would feel a stool and if you were holding it in. So its higher and lower.

I then recall that during the many sessions over the years a pushing out contraction that i beleive is the anal sphincter muscle also felt amazing. This is the point of my question, is the anal sphincter pushing out motion that actual contraction im looking for rather than a 'tensing' its a 'pushing' instead?

If it's not this and they're both 'inward' contractions then I do already get this 'imbalance' of muscles in there (have done for years) however I have never relieved pleasure from these, usually because they're far too rapid, like it's in overdrive! I am pretty rewire dos my prostate is responsive but it seems to be for very short bursts for some reason, unlocking this method I feel might be key to moving forward.
