Hi everyone this website has come out of nowhere and changed my soul .I achieved a milestone yesterday using this method by accident ( I read the post after ) .. After 8 days of use with some success but always enjoyment I was getting a bit hung up over whether or not the P-tab was hitting the spot .I had a few hours to kill so simply lubed up inserted and just decided to go with whatever whenever and have no expectations only Analise. lol Almost straight away I was feeling relaxed , a few light squeezes and P waves came that did not seem forced , nice .Then I was thinking "that feels a bit like the pleasure immediately before a conventional "O" so just held it , it seemed so easy , then realized I was holding my breath so I started to breathe deeply and on the out breath , I concentrated on breathing out through my lower abdomen then Bang .Full out of control head bent back , three foot off the bed groaning , swearing pleasure that probably lasted 35 seconds , completely out of the blue! Wow what the f**k was that , Relaxed for a few minutes , little squeeze P waves as before , remember to breath Bang total mind blowing pleasure .I was so stoked I thought i would stop while ahead as it was so unexpected and a shock . After wandering about in a daze subconsciously feeling my nips I remembered I was supposed to be trying to find my sweet spot , so popped it back in to pay more attention and Bang again . I cannot remember what I was doing during my zoned out time as body took over . The only prerequisite was that I started with no expectations . Later that night after too many beers out I couldn't resist trying again in the name of science !! Same results although alcohol mellowed . I just have a big smile now and maybe it will happen again soon . I tried again yesterday but my muscles are so sore only had a few nice P-waves but I didn't care because I know what is there and I've got no expectations still( I hope )!. PS I was at best semi erect at all times , and lots of pre , also I used to be a bit hung up on my lack of erection when object in bum but as others have stated it "feels hard" when it isn't , a strange concept .Also I do remember exhibiting all the symptoms of a female "O" , telling myself don't stop etc . Don't give up mate . I;ll probably get hung up on the "been there can't get back " thread , that's just me . Just have no expectations , I've been lucky in the respect that I am on my own for a month working abroad with lots of free time and privacy in which to experiment . I am also guilty in overdoing it , sometimes 3 times a day !!!! But it always feels good just doing the relaxation so no harm done . What was weird was I did everything wrong and got there through not trying too hard . Strangely though I'm in no rush to return for a while ? Keep the faith it's in there somewhere . Cheers Webbo
Yeah mate, it'll never happen if you give up. It took me a near good six months for my first Super O and I was one that was incredibly skeptical. Just enjoy what you've got going now and the rest will follow through on it's own time. Everyone's body is different so no two people react exactly the same. Give it time and relax and keep your mind open to whatever may happen 🙂
It's hard to think about spending one to two hours a session for 6 months to a year or more with no guarantee of results. I wonder how many have spent that much time and still gotten nothing. They probably wouldn't post on this site, so we're not likely to know how many have experienced this.
I've been at it over a year and still no Super-O. I've had wonderful experices, Super-T, HFWO, and miniOs, but not the mind bending full body orgasm that is described. I still thoroughly enjoy my sessions and will continue my practice even if the Super O is never realized.
At least you are getting SuperTs, HFWO, and miniOs. Me? Not so much.
Using this method I finally had a Super-O, three in fact, truly an amazing product, and truly amazing tips. I can't wait to ride again.

I think the journey is so different for everyone - but the thing that really helped me at least was the emphasis on training and exercising the muscles first that helped build up some pleasure, anticipation and mental preparation - as you said: " it's a paintbrush designed for skillful manipulation in the "hands" of an artist." For me - that really helps get the process into the right perspective.

Since following this initial advice I keep expanding what it is I know as the Super-O, calm seas, constant pleasure, unlike Cave, I just don't have the words.
I have just discovered this wonderful thread. It is mind-blowing. The suggestions and ideas have excited me so much. I have always been aware of the difference between PC and Anus muscles but never thought about it. I realise now that I have been unbeknown to myself, doing this separation all the time. Earlier I learned to "roll" between the two. I have exercised this by contracting rapidly, the upper end of the PC, almost like an ejaculation. It is independent from the anus muscle. I then alternate the two for a minute or two.
There is one other exercise which may be of interest and that is tensing the abs muscles as though pushing out and at the same time doing the alternates. Thus I find that when the p-waves begin, I can adjust the balance between the two and get that awesome "inbetween" tickle that draws the anus in. Combine that with a slight tummy thrust and it does seem to deliver some splendid results. Thank for the excellent comments and advice and for the openess and honesty of the writings.

Today, I had the most progress ever with this method. I finally got involuntary movement going for a little while ... I was using the Maximus. I will try this method again with my PS-New (Like MGX) This it the model I have the most success with at this time.
A question... when you do the rolling motion - do you activate the PC muscle first then the spinchter or the other way around??

@Alex_xxx yesterday when I tried this approach, after a while when my muscles got tired as I let off the contraction slowly the rolling sensation started on its own. I don't know if that is universal or not. But I had the same question. It seems to happen when the muscles start to compete.

@Alex_xxx I contracted and held both sets of muscles for a minute or more at a time at about 70% after a while the rolling just started. It felt like it was PC then anal

@inhope, I used to watch porn but found it to be unproductive as my attention was drawn away too much from what I was doing, now I tend to run through sexy scenarios in my head during a session, seems to work much better.
I find porn is a definite no no!
I just try to relax and concentrate on what is going on down below. Problem is that mind noise does tend to get in the way, especially if the session starts slowly.
I guess it would be nice to learn Tantric or Tao meditation or something!
I tried my first sessions using this method in this thread. I need some insight of what I'm doing wrong!
I found that what happens is this: i lie on my back, legs apart do the muscle guide here etc and find that it feels kinda nice but doesn't move too much but then if i put my feet together (the soles of my feet to the soles of my feet) and lay my legs flat i find that the device starts pounding the crap outta me! Legs apart again and its still moving but MUCH MUCH less.
Doggy position don't get the same pounding, or anything other than fatigue, same for all other positions except one: lying on my tummy with legs together i get the same ultra pounding as described above, legs twitching crazily etc (basically any position where my legs i.e. bum cheeks are together and I'm clenching seems to make the device go crazy inside me)
Now the problem. I feel nothing, not pleasure no discomfort just... nothing. Even when super turned on and its pounding away in there. Its been this way for many months. After an hour of doing this I'm exhausted and cannot carry on, not to mention frustrated. I seem to be the only one experiencing this weird auto-f**k thing when in certain positions but am alone in feeling nothing from it? I would love to know what i need to do to make it work better or even differently?
I will be honest as i can: i'm not 100% sure I'm tensing my pc muscle or if this is just all sphincter movement? but i find whatever it is I'm doing is making it move, but it doesn't 'do' anything for me as such?
Last night i did have a go again but found at times of not clenching i felt something very slight, like it was something going on and when i tensed it felt quite nice! i then went for a pee and when i tried this clenching again, it wouldn't feel the same so basically i needed to pee rather than it doing something in there.
Im a bit lost but i feel with guidance i might get somewhere! open to ideas and suggestions!
I found that laying on my right side in the fetal position produced better results than my back (my stomach and doggie style do NOTHING at all for me). Then I clench and hold both my PC and rectal muscles about 80% for as long as a minute or more, then slowly release them to about 20%. Wait a few seconds and then repeat the process.
After a while the two muscles start to compete, then you get the really good feelings. Might take 45 minutes of this, but during that time I still get some good stuff going on.
I have managed in just a little over a week to get P-Waves going and some shivering building things going. I feel I am on the verge of something grand. I know that I tense up when things start to build and am working on staying relaxed. It is harder than one might think.
@inhope, sounds like you are getting the right muscle movements, just no pleasure from it? If thats the case, as with anything new, the pleasure feelings will come, or they might just shoot out of nowhere and knock your socks off. Just be patient and allow your mind to just enjoy whats happening and not force feelings to come about because you will them too or expect them, they will come on their own accord. i have experienced the same as your describing as many probably have too. As for the positioning of your body, well thats just something you will have to figure out with time, though im sure once your body has rewired you may find that you can get the muscle movements in almost any position.
sounds good @ineverknew it does sound like i get the movements, which as i have said when my butt cheeks are pushed together (legs together etc) helping push the aneros goes like the freaking wind, seriously its like a jackrabbit! thats why i find odd when i feel nothing from it because its like its getting super excited/pounding away there but for no reason? odd!
But yeah no real pleasure as such, its *almost* pleasurable but it seems to stem from the muscles feeling the pleasure of the action of it moving not the prostate. After 45 mins of intense tensing/movements it becomes exhausting and have to stop, the next day I'm super tired too. I also experience shooting sensations the next day through my penis and in the anal area, especially when i need to pee it feels very strange/cold or perhaps its just fatigue (just hope I'm not damaging anything is all)
Also @ineverknew what exactly do you visualise when you're using the device? something thats like porn (i.e. traditional intercourse/sex/penis related) or something else? it would help to know what i need to do to focus! Thanks
@inhope, yeah i remember when I was at that stage where the involuntaries were kicking in and yet no pleasure, i thought, hey, this is whats suppose to be happening, yet it doesnt feel good. But alas eventually the pleasure came with time. usually I try to visualize traditional sex with a woman, trying to get away from hardcore porn stuff, its not as much of a turn on for me anymore, kinda desensitized to it. But basically visualizing in your head a sexy scenario, or play going on where your an obvious participant, doesnt really matter, whatever you find sexually arousing.
