hi anerospore,

i read your post with great interest and started to learn your method.

always in a calm and  private scenario i was able to follow the instructions you set out and focused on that 'tickle' with very light intermittent contractions.

after a few sessions with this new approach i was amazed at the mind generated pleasure i was able to produce.

 

i am now at the stage where i can easily move into this exquisite pleasure zone whilst staying calm and loose and  keep going when suddenly my stomach pulls in creating tension and leaves me gasping for breath with a tingling thro' my body.i can

repeat this over and over......my question :..... how can i get past this sudden instance of tension and keep these fantastic sensations going......  smaster

Glad to hear you're seeing some success!  Its hard to suggest how to get "past" this abdominal contraction, because to be honest, that is the trigger for orgasm for me.  The sensations will build and build and then my abdominal muscles will involuntarily contract and I will move into orgasm at that point.  What you may want to try is change your physical position and see if that doesn't help.  For example, try standing up with your legs apart a bit.  If that doesn't work, then try that again but right before you start to contract there, try bending your knees a bit into a light squat position.  You might find that these positions put more or less tension on those muscles to begin with which may help you to continue on with these feelings into an orgasmic state.  Good luck, and let us know how it goes!

thanks,

due to a permanent leg injury i am unable to stand with comfort so unfortunately  unable to try that option.

your method has really awakened my mind body relationship......the sensations that can be generated just by being still and quiet, in what seems to be a meditative state, amaze me.

the old [and  prob. current ] zen/tao masters must have known this to be  able to sit for long periods of time.

when you move into your orgasm does your whole body tense up  [ without  a loss of the sensations ] then relax leaving you tingling all over ??.

do you continue to use your aneros devices now that you are well practised in a/less ?
