I have been using various Aneros models since October. Not much was happening until recently.

After being still for a while, I get a feeling from deep within (I know that sounds a bit dramatic) like I'm going to explode and then it's like I'm about to have an orgasm. That happens a number of times over the session and it is definitely very intense. It never gets any further than that. I can't seem to get to the orgasm. I'm doing all this with "no hands."

How can I move on from here?

Congrats.... Perfect !!! "DO" as little as possible. Focus on that feeling and let it build further. Sounds like you've built a high energy level in your Dan Tien (Naval chakra.) Read a bit about the Dan Tien to confirm this in your own mind. Let your fear of what comes next go free, and accept anything that comes your way.

Some stim suggestions at this point:
- "Mentally Grow" that Dan Tien feeling to include your entire pelvic region, perineum, and prostate -- sense the Aneros, it's p-tab and your prostate as one entire object/body part.
- As the "deep within" feeling builds, focus on it and try a bit of nipple stim.
- See if you can trigger a small involuntary contraction by some contact with another body part (I like to strike the sole of a foot with the toenail of the other foot. (sorry no sox for this maneuver.)

Experiment with it. Try different times of the day. I like late at night early in the morning when you are really relaxed. My first super-o was after a long day at work. Took a shower, and had a couple of drinks. Put on some ocean sounds and make sure the room is dark. Do the Breathing exercises and really breath from the stomach for 15 minutes. Do the contractions. Do 5 full, 5 medium, 5 semi, then 5 full contractions again.. Repeat the breathing process again, then start the contractions again. Vary it up too, with speed and intensity, that helps. Picture in your mind all the things that had ever turned you on the most. Then bam it should happen. It did it for me, I had my 1st super-o, and was out of control. Good luck dude. Don't give up, it will happen.
