I am new to all of these wonderful devices. I own the Helix and the Progasm. I enjoy both but have much better luck with the Progasm. I have read the WIKI and have used to the best of my abilitys all of the things discussed in them. The problem is when I am in the thick of it I don't want to have to go back in my head and try to remember anything that I may have forgotten. Can anyone out there tell me what has worked for them so that I can try different techniques.

Thank You
Fizfit

Hi Fizfit, We would all be happy to help you!

First, can I ask a few questions to get some background to help our members get a better picture of things: (Please do your best to answer the following questions)

* What model(s) do you own, use & for how long have you been using them?
* What is your level of experience with anal play?
* How often & how close to a session do you masturbate?
* How often & long are your typical sessions?
* Are you able to relax & have undisturbed time for your sessions?
* How is your lubrication applied?
* What type & quanity of lube do you use, internally, externally & on your Aneros?
* Do you pre-flush your rectum or enema?
* What kind of contractions/techniques do you use during a typical session?
* What is the duration and intensity of the contractions you use during a typical session?
* How often do you end a session with a traditional orgasm?
* Do you have any medical issues that could affect your sexual response?
* What forms of physical stimulation do you employ prior to & during a session?
* What forms of mental stimulation do you employ prior to & during a session?

Just so you know there is no magical formula or technique that will get you anything. You must understand this first to get into a different mindset. Once you do this and can release all your expectations then you'll be headed into the right direction. I'm going to recommend that you just use the basic rules included with your aneros for now. Don't be expecting anything though as it won't happen. Just relax and go with the flow.

Hi ArcticWolves,
Thanks for the reply. Now to answer your questions.
I own the Helix and the Progasm. I have only had them for about a month.
My experience in anal play is quite extensive.
I start to masturbate after about 30 minutes.
I have only played around with them about four times. and my sessions are about 30 minutes to 45.
I am able to have undisturbed time but I have a harder time relaxing.
I lube up my rectum well then I lube up the Aneros.
I use a good quality silicone lube internally and externally.
I always give myself an enema before anal play so yes I do for this as well.
I usually give myself time to get use to it then I contract my sphincter and release, sometimes small sometimes big.
I usually vary from intense contractions to light contractions.
I always end with an orgasm of the traditional kind (my hand).
I am Bi-Polar and take meds to control it, but I have never had a problem with them in the past.
I usually, actually always play with my nipples seeing that I love that. Sometimes my scrotom.
I always have porn in the background, but usually I am so into watching how my body reacts is what really turns me on and then sometimes I will go back to looking at porn.

I hope this really helps so I can achieve the super O or some kind of great O.
Thanks again so much.
Fizfit

Thanks for your prompt reply fizfit. Give us some time to analyze this and I know for sure you'll get some help. Pay extra attention to Rumel, Darwin, B_Mayfield, and replies as they are very informative and experts in this subject!

One thing I will suggest is to get the Super-O achievement mindset out of your head. It won't happen if you 'set' that goal for yourself. Instead just enjoy each session and pleasurable sensation for what it is. DO NOT approach your sessions thinking about having a Super-O. It's what I like to call "mind tricks."

fizfit,

The first thing you need to realize is that a prostate orchestrated orgasm is entirely different from a penile orchestrated one. This requires a paradigm shift in thinking and approach. It requires you to look at new ways to stimulate yourself and to be open to the different quality of sensory feedback you will receive from your prostate.

The second thing you need to realize is an ejaculatory orgasm is not a prelude to a Super-O, increasing penile stimulation will not bring about a Super-O, so you need to break the conditioning you are presently establishing by masturbating with your Aneros in place, hence the “hands free” admonitions you will frequently hear from the veteran users on this Forum.

Third, I would also recommend that you not end your session with a traditional orgasm with your Aneros in place, I would recommend that if you want the pleasurable relief a traditional O affords do so without the Aneros. The reasoning behind this is to break the conditioned responses established over many years of masturbation utilizing traditional means. If you want to experience this new level of pleasure you need to establish new methods to obtain it, one of those methods is to go “penis stimulation free”.

Fourth, you next need to begin focusing upon the sensations being generated inside you, become aware of them and how they vary in intensity and frequency of occurrence. They will be very slight and subtle initially but as you learn to recognize them and not hammer them with strong contractions, they will likely grow in intensity. When you feel these early sensations, try holding a light contraction for an extended period of time while you continue to monitor the subtle feelings and try to detect the minute changes in them. When the sensations fade, try doing another series of light contractions at a very slow pace and then hold again, see if this regime begins to provoke any minor involuntary contractions.

Perhaps thinking about you prostate as an enlarged inner clitoris that responds best to very gentle stimulation rather that brute force will help you change you thought paradigm about how to seduce your prostate into ecstatic excitement.

I totally agree with this statement from ‘ArcticWolves’ “One thing I will suggest is to get the Super-O achievement mindset out of your head. It won't happen if you 'set' that goal for yourself. Instead just enjoy each session and pleasurable sensation for what it is. DO NOT approach your sessions thinking about having a Super-O.”
