Hi all sorry that I am re posting this, but no one answered my question in "Me and my Program" so if you wouldn't mind answering the question here.

Quote: Just a question if I may to you experienced members. When I can feel my pulse around the shaft of the Aneros (any model) is this the start of P=waves or is this just my pulse? In other words I can feel my heard beat (I think) where my anus raps around the Aneros.

I know you guys are busy and my post was boring, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

D

Diesel,

For me, the quick answer is NO. However, the pulsebeat in the pelvic area signals a rewiring milestone of sorts. In my sessions, when I get that clear pulsebeat it is a signal of arousal and the prostate and genitals are calling for more blood. This is indeed a good sign, as far as I’m concerned, because your body is interpreting the Aneros in a sexual way and calling for blood to the area in preparation for “good times”.

So is this start? Not really. But listen to that pulsebeat! When you start to feel it in (and out) of session, take a moment to put your listening ears on. Try slight contractions timed with the pulse. Observe it and play with it. See how long you can keep the beat going. That beat is a part of the whole big dance.

Thank you J4!! Much appreciated! I sort of knew it wasn't a indication of much, but was sure that it had some significance.

Hi Diesel, I remember a bit of confusion when I first felt what you are describing. With a fair amount of breathing and pushing the aneros in and out, there was a point when I relaxed that I felt my heart beat or pulse around the shaft of the aneros. I didn't feel pleasure with it, but it felt good and it was a new sensation.

Weeks went by, sometimes I would feel this, and sometimes I wouldn't. Like J4 says it is a marker of progress. Don't expect it; just appreciate it when it is there.

About a month ago I had this sensation visit me again, this time it had something new to show me. It started as a nice tingle on my sphincter, then the tingle turned to pulsing that matched my heart beat, I've felt this many times before (was only a nice feeling before), but this time it grew. The pulses become stronger and faster (my heart rate was increasing). Before I knew it I had involuntaries along with the pulsing and lots of movement with the aneros. It felt like there was a vibrator (much stronger than the butt buzzing I felt before) in my butt.

There was a definite starting sequence to it, there were a few pops and sputters before the motor was running smooth. It reminded me of starting an old lawnmower for the first time in the spring. I didn't know what to make if it. It felt great and was a huge step for me. Oddly enough there wasn’t that much pleasure along with it. I'm guessing this is just another part of the journey 😉

Today I know what I was feeling back then was sexual energy flowing. I have since then been able to recreate this energy and move it around my body. Much like the energy described by Artform in recent posts (Jing, Chi & Shen).

I wouldn't discount the experience. Look forward to it returning, some day it will and will have brought a friend with 😀

Enjoy the journey,
Marty
