Question for the experts.

After a super O, I literally feel like I can't do a single thing. I kind of lie there, unable to really decide on what to do next. The toy doesn't really move much anymore, and when it does, it is very noticeable and not really very enjoyable. I will tend to "keep going" and have more small Os and maybe another super, or 2. But after a really big super O I usually just stop. This is usually after about an hour, which is about my threshold for a session.

If it feels like your ass still wants more, then keep going! I get to a point where the movements inside me do not feel like they are arousing or will build into another O. They are on the less pleasurable side than the "omg, this is amazing!" side.

Sounds like you finish hands free and wet. I imagine after that, there might not be much left in you! On the extreme rare occasion (only 2 or 3 times ever for me) I finish hands free wet, I'm 100% done 🙂

Yes I finished hands free and wet. Didnt have what I would call a super o. Just really nice pleasure that hands free wet release. I could have kept going but because mostly of time I decided to end it. That was only my second time ever having a hfo (wet). So i was wondering in the event that it happens again do i keep churning on or is there more to be had.

My question is what's the next step? At this point is the ride over? Do I stop and relax and clean up or do I relax and leave the aneros in and keep going. Other than when you have a dud ride and not much is happening. How do you know the ride is over? I know if your exhausted and cant go no more that's is one way. If there is pain that's another way. I guess is there still ride time left after you have a hfo?

IMHO, there is no 'pat' answer for this as there are no absolute rules when it comes to Aneros use, but it seems to me it is mostly a function of your arousal level. If your HFWO has not triggered the normal hormonal cascade leading into a refractory period and your arousal level is still sufficient to keep you excited then I see no reason why you shouldn't continue your session. As @techpump said "If it feels like your ass still wants more, then keep going!". You may find yourself drifting into the 'Calm seas of orgasm' where the bliss of pleasure suffuses your body in a timeless tranquil serenity.

I have had several super O's after ejaculations....the range of time was between 1-10 minutes....leave the aneros in and see what can happen
