Lately I noticed when I'm sexually aroused my prostate getting tight to the point of discomfort. I can contract it even more with my muscles and I will feel lots of tension and sometimes light pain. Light pain is correlated with how tight I squeeze, so it makes me think it is a muscle thing.
At first I thought that I have it because of the long session prior. But now it seems like a consistent thing for me.
Since I'm rewired my prostate goes into "tight" state quite often without aneros. I don't notice this tension during dry-Os with aneros. But sometimes when I push to hard I can feel almost same sensation in the same area with aneros inside. It started to happen when I started to use Eupho Trident exclusively, it is more hard then silicone version.
Is there any exercises I can do remove tension from pelvic floor muscles?
Hello .
When it started? Do you do kegels? What is the frequency of your sessions? Is it possible to tell where the pain is (Is the pain or discomfort internal or do you feel the discomfort in the perineal muscles? If you insert the index finger with light pressure on the prostate, you will be able to observe better.
The Eupho is thin so the tendency is for the pressure to be ligh If this doesn't go away, stop using it for a few weeks and observe.
Good Lucky
Can I say that I wish I had more of this? I get a mild version of what you're describing and it's usually accompanied by pretty easy erections, and in the last couple months this signals to me that I'm going to have a great session. Because that's when my prostate is telling me that it really wants to be rubbed! To the point that if I'm having a session without those feelings it's often kind of a dud. I could be wrong but this could be what's described as Aneros Horniness, or at least I've been formulating my definition of it based on what I'm feeling. Usually a very long, thorough massage (90min+) can scratch that itch sufficiently, or if I use one of the bigger toys like the Progasm and I can really get it going, I'm less likely to feel anything for days. And the thing is...I miss it!
In your case if it's too much, perhaps some massaging of the perineum area is in order? But with what you were saying about Aless, maybe it's just that your prostate is missing some physical attention?
My guess is too much tension in general, from daily life stress, maybe sitting down too much or things of that nature that prevent relaxation of the muscles around the prostate. I don't think it's from anything specific you're doing, but this sounds like you pelvic floor is just always flexing and causing soreness. Your muscles getting more toned and stronger from Aless and Aneros use might magnify this issue. There could also be an imbalance if all your contractions are always on the "pull" motion and more rarely relaxing or "pushing" a bit at the pelvic floor. You want it to go up and squeeze, but also to go down and "make room" for your prostate.
Go lighter with you flexes and maybe ease up on sessions for a bit, also try to maintain a bit of a push and don't let the PC muscle lock up or pull too strongly.
Thanks for your replies folks.
@soul-pleasure I will try to investigate

Not sure about that. My prostate has to much attention. Most of the time it is happens when I sexually aroused with my spouse.

Will take a break from sessions
