Well, I guess the question of whether my little MGX is hitting the right spot is a mute point now. After the last session I had, I have been experiencing some tenderness of the prostate. It can sometimes manifest itself as a dull pain. Since I dont want to run to the doctor at this point and explain exactly what I have been doing, I thought I would ask anyone if they have experienced anything like this? How long did it last? Your input would be appreciated.

Buster -
I have experienced the same thing. Mostly after a heavy session or multiple sessions in one day. I notice the ache and sensation of fever in my prostrate area at night. I usually take two Tylenol and lay off the device the next day. So far everything seems to be fine the next day. I recently had my prostrate checked at the doctors office. He commented that it felt very good and soft as normal.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the feedback. While I have not taken the Tylenol, it has been about 6 days since my last session. I originally thought that maybe the tenderness was from a groin pull from some strenuous yard work I was doing over the weekend. This morning in the shower I did a self exam and discovered that it was from the old prostate. That started me wondering and is why I am asking.
If anyone else has anything to say about it, let me know.
Thanks again.

If its been 6 days and the pain has'nt changed you should really see a urologist. You could say you where trying to do a "self prostate check" and think you may have bruised it.
Let us know how it turns out.
I agree with Lee. Six days is a long time to be having pain there. When I first did prostate stimulation with my finger a year or so ago, I had some discomfort/pain. I think I was a little too rough... but it went away and was fine after a few days. Since this is not a new experience for you and since it doesn't seem to be getting better, you might want to get it checked out.
Lee & ilikeitalot,
Thanks for the words. I called the doctor thinking that I could slip right in, and as luck would have it, it will be a couple of weeks. It is time to get a check up anyway. It feels better today. I will keep people updated, this could be a concern for people.

Just a quick update. I just got back from the doctor and was told that I had Epididymitis which is an inflamation of the valve thingy around one of my balls. That is what has been causing the discomfort. For anyone curious, he told me that if there would have been a problem with the prostate, the pain would manifest itself in your mid to lower back region. Who knew?
I hope this registers with you guys so if it happens to you, you dont stress about it like I have.
Take care & good luck.

Thanks Lee for comming back and telling us what happened. At least now if it happens to us we won'nt have a panic attack......
