Why isn't there a better or quicker way to achieve the goal
Has anybody considered having surgery done
I believe it would be quicker and easier than spending years trying to activate the prostate using traditional tools such as the aneros.
It would probably cost several thousand dollars but I'm sure some men could afford it.

I will always think this is unethical and easily one of the quickest path to real-world cyberpunk dystopia. There is no good ending to that particular story.
