Prostate gets tired?

Just a small query. Lately, I find that after about ten minutes of great pleasure, the prostate seems to shut down and I have to end the session. Very frustrating indeed. Is it possible that it becomes non-responsive or just plain tired? Be grateful for comment. Thanks.

@Tomasheen,

I see you have been with us for just over three years. I would be interested to know if this problem has developed recently or has it been with you for a while?

Also, would like to know how often and for how long you have sessions. Maybe even the model you are using may influence things.

If it is a recent development, it might be time to consider a visit to your doctor to check that everything is OK down there.

My thoughts are with you,
Pommie

Thank you Pommie. Yes it has been like that for a long time. Because the really enjoyable time is during the first ten mins., I tend to do just 15 min. Sessions about three times a day. I alternate between the Eupho and the Syn both of which are very good . I must say however that sometimes the pleasure ride can go no much longer. Also I am 76 now which might be a factor..

Can I ask WHY you have to stop the sessions? What happens if you don't stop?

If I carry on, nothing happens and I may as well be doing something else. I have carried on but to no effect. Also to Pommie, I have just realised that I am on a 30ml dose of Citilopram anti depressant. I Googled this and was surprised to read the adverse effects it can have on ones sexual activity. It can even prevent, erections, ejaculating and feeling roused or even interested. I'm going to stop taking it as from now. Thank you both.

Best of luck.

Even if I'm not necessarily feeling much, every once in a while I'll sleep with it in. Even if it doesnt feel that great, I notice I'm more responcive to it for the next few days. Just a thought

There is plenty of natural remedies for depression that will not interfere as much, like taking a B vitamin complex, though i would consult your doctor before doing anything as I am not a doctor, I just play one on TV lol 😀

@Tomasheen,

Chronologically, I am a couple of years behind you but have been on this journey for about seven months longer. Fortunately, I don't have your medical problem and hope I am never prescribed anything that would have the side effects you suffer. I commiserate with you.

I'm not sure if this would help but I typically have four or five sessions a week, averaging about two and a half hours each. Two of these are done at night using Peridise, ostensibly for control of haemorrhoids.

The other sessions usually involve one of MGX, Maximus, SYN or Eupho for purely pleasure reasons. Most of these sessions take place early in the morning, starting at around 5:30 to 6AM.

I find that the rest periods between sessions are valuable in that they tend to allow my body to recover from the previous one.

I wish you well and hope that someday you may be able to enjoy things as much as I do>

Cheers, Pommie
