I think that a prostate orgasm is a g spot orgasm. From how my gf describes it, her clitoral only orgasms are exactly the same as my penile orgasms, extremely intense, but only located in the genital area, and short (the clitorus is analogous to the penis and the g spot to the prostate). From what i have heard, prostate orgasms are full bodied, long, and less intense per say, like her g spot orgasms. If this is so, why does the prostate need to be awakened, yet the g spot does not? How do I awaken my prostate (from manual (my gf or me) stimulation or my aneros)? What should i do in my aneros sessions, i feel nothing not even thinking it is touching my prostate, i lay there contracting, aroused, watching porn, which leads me to touch my penis because porn is arousing and i need release. I'm really lost and would like some help 🙁
@seby223, i believe you are correct in your comparison of the g spot and prostate. Though not every women is able to have g spot orgasm right from the get go. They too have to learn from what i understand. How the learning curve compares to men, i have no idea. Have you thought about asking your girlfriend to massage your prostate? This could give you a better idea of whether its being touched by your aneros, compare feelings and so forth. Also, if I remember correctly, your rather new to aneros play? If so there are many who it has taken months and for some years to achieve pleasure from their prostate. Everyone is different, hence awakening your prostate will also be different time wise compared to others. There is also nothing wrong with ending a aneros session with a tradional orgasm.
I'd say the "don't need to awaken it" because it's much easier to reach. It just happens naturally during masturbation or sex.
I always felt strange kind of pleasure when I tried to avoid defecating. I guess feces were pushing against my prostate. In any case I was breathing heavily.
One comment that really helped me was "ignore your penis"! Switch off the porn and just concentrate on the very subtle sensations that the aneros causes. They are really subtle to begin with but if you lie there concentrating on them, they do get bigger.
Although I have only had my Helix and Progasm for about a month, I, too have a theory about the prostate and the 'awakening'. Not many of my sessions have made successful contact with the prostate, but when I did, I was left amazed and curious by the sexual energy that resulted.
So here is my $0,02 worth of theory:
Normally, the prostate does not get much stimulation. It is very sensitive, but is buried deep enough that the only way it normally gets stimulated is indirectly, during sexual intercourse. When it does get stimulated in this way, it does two things:
So, when ejaculation comes, it's stronger, more voluminous. I believe this is the body's way of maximizing the chances of conception. Of course, none of this happens during manual or oral sex.
So, what happens when you stimulate the prostate directly with the Aneros? Same as above, a lot of sexual charge gets built up. But if the session does not end with ejaculation, then the brain is confused. All this energy has built up, but without the usual release.
But, if you do this enough times, then the brain will, I think, eventually open up a different pathway to release this sexual tension, that's the 'rewiring' that leads to the super-O.
If this is correct, then we can deduce a few things:
Hope this makes some sense. Then again, I might be full of it. Maybe others will have different insights.
Derp
@derp, makes sense to me. Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to? lol jkjk. You could be right though, i like your line of thinking. Any suggestions on how to end a session without finishing off? I usually do almost everytime.
I am only 18 😛 (maybe it hasnt grown yet) Anyway, so i should just turn of the porn, relax and contract for how long? I get bored after a while. So then end without a traditional orgasm, just take it out? i don't even thing its touching my prostate, i tried once with my hands and reached it i thnk then masturbated and it was a bit longer and more fluid and different coloured fluid, which never happened with the aneros
@seby223, I think you would know if it was touching your prostate. At first, you might feel it like a very mild pain-like sensation (the prostate is very sensitive and not used to such direct contact). But after a few moments massaging it with the Aneros, it starts to feel good, sometimes with a feeling that you need to pee. That feeling you get when your bladder is full, is brought to you in part by your prostate, because the bladder is pressing down onto it.
What I noticed after a session (that did not end in ejaculation) is that I was left with a feeling of incredible sexual energy that dissipated slowly over the next day or so.
What you experienced with your finger definitely sounds like prostate contact. I would suggest you try it again, then see with the Aneros if you can trigger the same type of sensation.
This thread is very helpful. I have completely changed my approach and am trying to let myself undo the hard wiring of many years of traditional release. I focus only on the sensations and not try to push to the old conclusion
@isvara done,
@derd I have never felt like I have to pee, not even with fingers, and absolutely nothing with the aneros. The aneros kinda just sits in, without anything even when I contract or anything I don't think it touches anything or maybe I have to awaken my prostate? I never get any sensation with my helix
hi i finger myself and i can feel rectum or anal sphincter contract and pulse. sometimes somthing engorges. occasionally i feel i need to wee but have never had prostate orgams. sometime sitting on chair at work i feel a slight pulse. am i doingsomething wrong
i dont know if i touch my prostate

Welcome to the g-spot prostate orgasm the same believers club 🙂
We are many that have had that thought, and I believe you are correct.
Now that that`s said, you`re question was, why does the prostate need to be awakened when the g-spot doesn`t? Well, I know alot of women that have never had a g-spot orgasm.... so for those, it does, if they ever awaken it 🙂
