Hey people,

after reviving my aneros on saturday, and maybe overdoing it a little (used it for three consecutive days) something very strange has happened. The day after the third day , being Tuesday, the sensation behind there (difficult to describe exactly where, but in the scrotum somewhere inside there) was just going on the next day. And it never stopped. I was afraid something had hung itself up, or that the prostate was overstimulated. The next day it got better, but it didn't quite go away, but at least I could sleep very tight during the night. That was not the case the next night, night to Thursday(today); I felt very stimulated again, without becoming orgasms, but I was so eroused all the time that I couldn't fall to rest nor sleep properly. So today I woke up, thought it would go away, then at evening time I wanted to have a nap, but then it started again behind there, and this time I had some incredibly pleasant experiences which led me to my strongest experience so far. The thing is, ever so pleasurable as it felt, I feel a bit exhausted and a bit afraid. I feel a bit eroused and stimulated all the time. I had all these experiences without any Aneros being there at all, and it just seems to live it's life of it's own. It is as if my prostate has hung itself up and entered some kind of a loop that it does't break free from, and it feels as if a ghost aeros is up there or something.

Is there anyone that could tell me what has happened? I definately overdid things, was going on for many hours, and my ass/prostate felt a bit sore and still does after the third day. Have anyone had the same experience and could give some advice on how to relax things down? Will it end? I don't want it this way

It sounds like you are going through the re-wiring process. All of what you describe sounds very normal. Remember, every guy will respond differently to prostate stim. It can seem pretty intense at times. It is up to your body to determine where this Aneros journey will lead you. But it seems that you are already on a good path! BTW, you may want to 'tone-down' your session frequency (and length). Things will settle down. But in the meantime, hang in there and I'm sure you'll be pleased with your progress! Good luck!

As @goldenboy noted, what you are experiencing are early stages of a process we here on the forum call rewiring. This process starts with your "prostate awakening", this quote from an earlier version of the Learning Center describes the phenomenon

A Prostate Awakening -
An Aneros prostate stimulator will unlock the latent sexual energy held within your prostate. When this happens, you’ll never be the same.

Many men, especially those with experience with prostate stimulation or anal play, are able to attain the Super Orgasm immediately with the Aneros prostate stimulator. For others, the Super-O will take more time to reach and will require a learning or training period. During this time, through practice with his Aneros prostate stimulator, a man and his body will discover they are capable of producing and experiencing unique, pleasurable sensations in greater amounts than they ever had before. We call this training period the “Journey to the Super-O.”

This path of self-discovery can stand alone as a singular, extremely personal phase of a man’s life. Each man’s journey will be different, and the result is a greater understanding of how his body and mind can work together to reach incredible heights of ecstasy.

A key milestone on the path is the “Awakening of the Prostate.” When the prostate is “awakened” an Aneros prostate stimulator user will become more aware of everything related to his prostate. He will become more in tune with the Aneros prostate stimulator and his own anal contractions. A user may experience some “buzzing” of the prostate as his body becomes aware of the changes within. Once the prostate is awakened through using the Aneros prostate stimulator, many a man has found he can induce waves of pleasure by simply contracting and relaxing his PC muscles — without even using the Aneros prostate stimulator!

This is all quite normal to the rewiring process.

I definately overdid things, was going on for many hours, and my ass/prostate felt a bit sore and still does after the third day. Have anyone had the same experience and could give some advice on how to relax things down?

Many men have expereienced these same feelings upon their initial usage of the Aneros prostate massagers, learning to pace yourself and find a comfortable frequency of usage will allow you to become accustomized to these new sensations, Soon enough, through spaced out Anerosessions, those sensations will feel quite natural and welcome.

Will it end? I don't want it this way

Will it end, well, Yes and No, just as you can't unring a bell, once you've awoken your prostate, it is not likely to fall back asleep but you will become acustomed to this new state of being such that you will accept it as your new 'normal'. So, in that respect, the uncomfortable mental state will end though the generation of the sensations will be an added dimension to your beingness. Good Vibes to You !

Ok rumel and goldenboy, if this is a side effect of the early stages of the retiring process then why do I have the exact same prostate aless feelings which are out of my control by the way, for many years now? They are constant and unending!

I wish I could give you a definitive answer to your question but I can give you my theory.

Human brains exhibit the phenomenon of neuroplasticity, this is at the heart of the term we, here on the forum, refer to as 'rewiring'. Once you have gone through the 'prostate awakening' process, you have forever altered your brain's functioning.

When your brain functions are altered, your perceived reality is also altered. For most human beings this natural process happens so gradually over the period of one's lifetime that the changes are hardly noticed. However, life events, both physical and emotional, can sometimes produce significant alterations to the brain's operational characteristics (neuroplasticity in an accelerated form). I believe one's personal 'prostate awakening' is one such type of event. For some of us this change can be rapid and striking, for others it may be slow and almost inconsequential, either way the resultant effect is a changed perception of one's personal reality.

When your personal reality changes, then your perceptions of your reality also change, this is a feedback loop of sorts. Perceptions influence mental interpretations of reality and interpretations influence perceptions. Neuroplasticity is constantly at work altering your brain's functionality to correspond to your mind's constructed reality. All of these changes in the brain also affect the body's own response mechanisms. Sensations which were previously ignored or unperceived become more apparent and with continued behavioral reinforcement construct a new physical operant being with these 'normalized' senations.

Your Aneros massager is a tool you have employed to awaken your prostate and begun a chain of events which have literally started changing your body from the inside, creating new sensations and bodily responses to your mind's activity. For most of us men going through this process, the sensations we are generating are interpreted as pleasurable and we keep repeating our Anerosessions to reinforce the synaptic connections our 'rewiring' has created. One beneficial side effect of this rewiring is the ability to generate the pleasurable sensations even without an Aneros device present. Much of your mind's activity operates on a subconscious level, therefore, you have little conscious control of it as it responds to the sensations being generated by the body.

The ongoing perceived sensations you are receiving from your body are a natural consequence of your self induced altered reality. I have thoroughly enjoyed (and continue to enjoy) my new altered reality since beginning this Aneros journey, I sincerly hope you do as well. Good Vibes to You !

So, things calmed, then, from tuesday 05.07 things started up again, and i haven't even used the aeros since the last time I posted 16.06. Without using the aeros, I have been getting heavier and heavier reactions down there, like the feeling spreader wider and wider out to the body for each time, I just need to lay down, and then it starts. Of course, it is all very nice, but the thing is, like this night, it doesn't end, even if I have an ejacoluatory orgasm, and my body never falls to rest, and I'm not able to sleep. I feel exhausted, and it is not pleasurable at all, it makes my head "cold" and my body a bit cold as well. And there is no way to end it because there is no aeros to take out and I haven't used it for about three weeks. Please, is there some ways to calm down the prostate? Techniques, tips, any thing what will just calm everything down a little. I enjoy the sensations, but I enjoy doing other things as well. I will be grateful for something that could help, because it doesn't calm by itself, even though I haven't used the aeros.

theloop,
I'm getting the impression you may be experiencing a form of Kundalini awakening. This is not an unheard of effect of the Aneros journey and has been discussed in the past here on the Forum. In hope you may find some positive advice I suggest you read some of these past threads which address this syndrome.
1.) Kundalini
2.) Kundalini Rising
3.) All you rewired folks, Please help me...
4.) Have i Awakened my Kundalini? Good Vibes to You !
