@BigGlansDC Nice meeting with Maximus today. Had some different stuff going on. I got convulsions in the lower diaphragm area and each one cause a massive contraction that was GREAT. Twice I had shiver shaking with a followed contraction. My prostate felt different too, good but different. It was weird like something is happening. I wish I had some better explaination

I've had my Maximus for about a month now, and one major annoying problem I've been having with it is that sharp P-tab; it digs in so hard, that my prostate even aches from a session. I don't know why, but it consistently seems to bring out color (not red), and it has a persistent smell that peroxide nor alcohol nor anti-bacterial soap can eliminate; I even tried the diswasher, and it still smelled some. I worked real hard trying to polish it, to no avail.

@Badger I only used it 3 times. I kinda like the pressure. You have to have the chute clear that is for sure. I haven't noticed an odor. I love my sessions but am growing weary of the chute prep work. LOL!

@BigGlansDC I agree, but through experimentation I have found that laying on my side and not moving much helps. I mentally dig in deep and feel for those little twinges and triggers. All of mine are girls! Two white chicks and a sexy black one with red bottom.

@Badger After I use Maximus my Prostate aches too, but in a good way. The stimulation from Maximus is so much different to me than the others. This is weird, I now get almost nothing from my Syn, but I do like it. Maybe I am just still at the early stages and my body must get used to the stimulation each model affords.. Perhaps I should stick with one for a bit.

@Badger - I'm not sure what to tell you about the smell. Besides, that does it really matter? It's just going back up your butt anyways.

I will say regarding the P-tab on your Maximus, if it performs anything like the P-tab on my MGX, as I notice they are the same design, then the trick that worked for me was learning to relax my anal sphincter muscles that much more. As it is these muscles that are pulling your Maximus into you quite snuggly and causing discomfort at your perineum. If you relax more, it won't dig any where near as much. And the increased relaxation typically causes more pleasure to occur. See what this does for you.

@Love_is while I kind of like the pressure it is rubbing me raw. I tried relaxing the anal muscles, but during my sessions they will involuntarily and suddenly contract hard and pull the device in. It feels great, but I am uncertain if this is the path I should be on. But I have no idea how to make them stop, they just happen mostly without warning but sometimes preceded by a shiver wave about a second before.
I ordered the Progasm in Red last night. May let the wife play with it first. If she likes that one then I will sit on ICE! :bz

xtimed69, those large contractions should go away with time, and further relaxing. I've found even when you think your relaxed, you can always relax more. As for the size of the device making it worse, i started with the progasm, and found my helix actually caused more large contractions then the progasm, though that could've been cause i was used to a larger sized toy. No worries though, they will eventually go the way of the dodo bird LOL

@inverknew I know you are correct on the relaxing. Yesterday I though I was, but then I realized that my upper body and shoulders were not relaxed at all. It is harder than one might think. I only can get the Aneros working while on my side, so I get all up in the fetal position and I sometimes pull my shoulders up and then I realize they are not relaxed.

@xtimedt69 - Then the other options are to cushion the P-tab like braveneworld mentioned, or just use a different model that has a different style P-tab on it. I will say that I found in my experience that my body also acclimates to the pressure and feel of each particular P-tab design as I use it regularly. As I find that the P-tab on the Helix, Eupho, and MGX can sometimes cause some slight discomfort if I haven't used them in a while. But it goes away as I practice with them.
