HFWO (as you call it) is not really particularly easy to get with prostate stimulation alone. You'd be better off getting a slim (but long) dildo to ride.

I am able to experience hfwos using aneros toys. Saying that...it is still a relatively rare occurrence. Maybe one out of twenty sessions will result in a hfwo.
