When i make stool I always leak lots of Precum but never with aneros. It's bothered me for a long time.

I get lots of pre cum when I'm significantly aroused, with or without the device. A good Aneros session leads to a puddle of it. From my point of view, I think you are missing out on arousal. Pre cum with a bowel movement might just be pressure on your prostate. Have you ever "milked" your prostate. Quite a lot of fluid can be released. So, I think that's what you're getting, prostate fluid not pre cum.

Since I started using Aneros devices I have noticed that many times when I'm exceptionally horny (especially when I feel the need to cum) it's actually caused by a turd. You're right in as much as stressing over the minute details goes no where, but all you're really doing is explaining the awesome sensations that happened to occur with you.
