The more experience I get the more I am able to relax / shut down my ejaculatory reflex (breath and release expectations / pressure) and I slowly leak more pre-cum during each session - feels absolute amazing. Sometimes I have sessions where I do not manage to release my sexual energy enough though, so i finish off with an amazing super-T, but most of what comes out is pre-ejaculatory fluids (i.e. the coating, not the sperm) (only if I ejaculate later without a preceding aneros session I emit most of the acutal sperm)

After these aneros sessions I still feel sexually charged, but I do not have the same 'aneros horniness' or that excited heartbeat anymore, and my prostate usually feels good but sore and my muscles tired. When I released a lot of pre-cum my prostate horniness goes down, but I still have an urge to have intercourse and stimulate my penis because of the retained sperm. On the other hand if a have regular intercourse and ejaculate I lose most of my sperm (and probably not all of my pre-cum), I am typically still 'aneros horny'.

This made me believe that the pre-ejaculatory fluids and the protective fluids that coat the sperm are key in the arousal and the enjoyment of the aneros session. A lot of pre-cum is thus kind of an indication of how good my session was, but I also notice that the less of these fluids I have left in my body, the less aroused I am.

Have you noticed similar effects i.e. the more pre-cum you have 'stored', the hornier you are? If so, how can we speed up the recovery of the pre-cum?
