Pre-cum - Is this a sign?

Hi Aneroists!

I did my first 15 minute beginner session today. (well, not really a first...just starting to be more serious about prostate play and being consistent)

I have noticed that I have a lot of pre-cum or pre-ejaculate.

I do kegels (regular and reverse) with a 3 second hold.

I threw in some nipple play, light thigh tickles, and scrotum touching too.

I have a lot of pre-cum.

Does the pre-cum mean that I'm doing the session right?

Since there are few absolute "rules" governing prostate massage techniques, you can think more in terms of effective/non-effective than right/wrong. The increased presence of precum is only indicative of your individual reaction to prostate stimulation and is not necessarily indicative of an effective technique. Some men naturally produce more precum as a result of prostate stimulation while other men experience no difference, it is an individual variation in reactions.

I'm guessing you know what precum looks/feels like, but I will ask anyway: did your cock release any fluid that was white or milky in color?

Some people just pre-cum a lot, and others not at all.
If this is your first time seeing a lot then it's possible that you haven't had adequate amount of arousal to leak it until now.
