Ok, last night I had what is unquestionably the best night I have ever had for solo play. I almost fainted from the intensity of relentless sexual pleasure, and only stopped due to physical exhaustion, hours later. I pretty much lost control of my vocalizations. I will probably feel the psychological effects for a week or more, currently feel "shadow orgasms" the next day, and I am gearing up to do it again in a few days, when I've rested enough. Today (the day after), I am left with a torrent of positive energy, and a pervasive sense of well-being.
Despite trying for stuff like this, it never really came together until now, and it was sort of a fortuitous perfect-storm of factors that seemed to favor last night turning out as well as it did.
I've been practicing with a combination of Aneros products, thrusting dildos, and a mid-level consumer rotary sex machine ( see my topic here for more info on the latter any my experiences with it: https://community.aneros.com/community/for...ne-experiences ). The different mentalities and approaches associated with each have been pretty complimentary. While the sex machine wasn't the magic bullet per se, once I had unlocked enough concepts and wiring / rewiring through other means, its full potential was unlocked.
Ok, so what was different about the situation leading up to this time, that I think contributed?

1. I have been practicing self-discipline in not pleasuring myself the normal way. I have been practicing voluntary chastity for months, off and on. At that point, I had been 8-9 days without any sort of sexual release (normal for me is every day or two). I've been doing this to give my body a chance to associate pleasure with receptive anal stimulation, instead of the normal means, and also to build baseline arrousal. Usually after 4-6 days of this, I am incredibly arroused all the time, and I am at risk of my body overriding my will and "tricking me" into a release. It plateaus after 9 days or so, and boils a bit lower, but continues at a fairly high level from then on.
2. Before the session, I decided to reschedule one of my exercise sessions to happen right before, in the hopes that it might compliment the sexual activity. I did heavy core, waist, and thigh exercise to the point of failure, to the point of being borderline unable to stand, and having a quivering core. The goal here was to create spasms and muscle shaking which could compliment sexual tension and amplify feeling.
3. I've developed an interesting new trait, where my rectal passage grows excited from sexual arrousal and pressure from something like a plug, and as a result produces a copious amount of lubricating secretions in heavy volume, and continually. These days after a session, I need to take out any toys over a towel or the toilet, since about two or three tablespoons of natural lubricant will immediately drop out next. Best of all is it is totally superior to any kind of lube I've used in the past. A big problem is that I would constantly need to re-apply lube every few minutes to keep things sliding if I was doing any thrusting. Now I don't need external lube at all, which is mind-blowing. I seemed to get here from favoring anal play (and thus having my body naturally respond to it when I am in the mood), using toys which exert pressure outward, and being extra arroused.
Something which probably helped this develop was an inflatable plug: ( https://www.amazon.com/Silicone-Expa...4&s=hpc&sr=1-1 ). If you haven't tried something like this, it is super-recommended, for the sorts of sensations it can create all on its own, and the price is very low for the amazing value of the experiences it produces. Every time you pump the bulb, it grows and exerts a new level of pressure on the prostate and surrounding rectal canal... the sense of something growing inside has to be experience to be appreciated. Double++ recommended.
4. I chose to refrain from eating for 20 hours or so leading up to the session. The reason I did this is that I wanted to be entirely "empty" in that sense. When I am in the throes of anal pleasure, it often triggers a peristalic effect and involuntary bearing down, and no matter how well or deeply I seem to clean, after a while "accidents happen". This has often ruined may good sessions, because there will be cleanup, then re-cleaning, and re-lubricating, and it takes you right out of the moment. The fasting compromise seems best for me, and may be for others.
5. I got a new attachment for the sex machine, a spring segment that goes between the dildo and driving arm, which allows the dildo to flex to new angles, and reduces the stiff pressure it would otherwise have, as well as allowing for more of a window of error in positioning the angle of the machine to align with my passage (this is a huge issue with these machines, and eats up a lot of time in the start of a session, but this is pretty much the solution). More about this later.
6. In the week leading up, I spent a lot of time doing activities to get arroused. Reading erotic material, looking at erotic imagery and videos, and anytime I felt the urge to pleasure, I focused on nipples or light anal play instead. Doing this really built up a frenzied level of sexual interest.

Ok, so here is how the session went down:
I spent about 5 minutes with the inflatable plug, exerting moderate pressure on my canal and prosate to help get the natural lubricant stirring.
I then relaxed in bed with an Aneros Helix, and did the normal Aneros type routines, building excitement, holding gentle tension, relaxing into the feelings, etc. My Aneros sessions don't yet get to the point of conclusion or intensity my other play does yet, but they are enjoyable in their own right, and a different kind of experience. I did light nipple play during part of the session (I have fairly live nipples that respond well to various kinds of rhythmic touch). This was about an hour or so.
Next I did an hour and a half of core, waist, and leg exercises (oblique spinning around a dowel on my shoulders, oblique bending with the dowel, thigh lunges, squats, crunches, various kinds of modified crunch presses, etc. After the lunges in particular, I had trouble standing, and my core was quivering; I went a bit harder than normal to get this effect.
I went back to the inflatable plug, and used it for 10 minutes or so, which made my super wet and dripping. While I was doing this, I setup the machine for later. I angled it upward at a 30 degree incline, so that it would be lined up with me when I was reclining in a chair, and put pressure somewhere between centered on the canal, and toward the prostate. I also got a small, deep steel bowl for collecting urine (since I tend to squirt it out when having some kinds of orgasms).
I sat down in the chair, with a towel over it, and turned on some videos from a playlist. I selected these particular videos because they featured constant thrusting actions, were fairly long, they featured rhythmic music which is an aid in establishing a good rhythm, and because I could easily identify with the female subjects receiving penetration in each scene.
As the first video was winding up, I easily inserted a 7 inch dildo:

...which has a smooth finish to it. I started a series of slow thrusts, which have the purpose of getting the internal natural lubricant to coat itself to the dildo, and then to also get distributed evenly over all the internal surfaces. It also allows the inner sphincter, which as opposed to the outer sphincter, is not under full conscious control, but can be made to relax if things are taken slowly, and you let tension go. I don't bear down or clench, I just let things ease in. After a few minutes of this, I switch to a faster stroke, to start getting acclimated to being self-fucked. There are four main kinds of strokes which I use, which all have roles:
1.Centered strokes: I use these to start, to reduce tension, to relax when things get out of control, and for when things are at high intensity already, and no further stim is needed to keep building things
2. Prostate targeted strokes: I use these somewhat early on, when things have gotten started. I will impact the prostate pretty directly for short sustained intervals, and this tends to "wake things up", and get the mounting of pleasure starting. I don't do this for long periods of time though, because it builds too fast to be pleasurable in a controlled fashion, and because it will lead to soreness if used too much.
3. Prostate grazing strokes: this one is a mainstay, and what I do most of the time. They are angled slightly upward toward the prostate, 10-20 degrees up from the natural axis of the rectal canal. Each time the head of the dildo passes the prostate it rolls over it, and builds a little bit of pleasure in a way that can slowly work up to very high levels if sustained.
4. A fluid motion that points down toward the back of the canal on entering, then rotates upward and pressed across prostate as it is leaving: I do this one occasionally, because it creates a different kind of feeling, which seems like it advances things in a new direction. I do it slowly, deliberately, and with gentle pressure.
After things have warmed up, I match my dildo strokes to the action on screen. I begin identifying with the woman receiving penetration, and feel her pleasure as mine. This is partially mental, and partially quite direct, as a lot of these strokes produce very powerful pleasure responses that build continually. It is not at all hard to picture myself in her position when my headspace and stimulation and experience is so similar. I am basically in heaven at this point.

It feels like... a mixture between that "about to come!" urgency and pressure, and a feeling of prolonged orgasm that lasts for minutes at once. It is centered in the pelvic region, but radiates feelings out elsewhere. In my mind, I feel like I am about to achieve an orgasm, but the feeling of chasing it is so good it is like an orgasm itself in its own right. Having experienced that now for a while, I can relate to what women mean when they say they didn't come but still thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were satisfied. The feeling is so intense that I lose all sense of an outside world and it occupies my mindspace completely. I lose track of time, and dip through various levels of focus and awareness. It basically a kind of sexual trance. When things are waxing stronger, I vocalize fairly intently, and it feels borderline involuntary. A mixture of squeals, wimpers, moans, and empassioned swearing. I think ultimately this stage lasted about 3 hours. There were maybe a couple dozen orgasm-type events, although what I would call an orgasm is a bit grey. In some sense, it is like the whole experience was a series of long orgasms.
I had a bowl with me, because everytime I would approach a climax that felt like the one that precedes an ejaculation (albeit 5x stronger), I would drip a bit of pre-come fluid and then spurt a fountain of urine mixed with various other fluids. It is like a kind of "pee-gasm" that resembles the idea of squirting in women. There pretty much always seems to be urine involved, and there never seems to be a traditional ejaculation, even though it feels like that is what is coming. Something also happened over time, where my prostate came to require (and desire) less and less direct contact to produce the same sorts of response. It was like was "waking up" and becoming more reponsive and sensitive, and I had to respond by backing off.
After an hour, I switched to the sex machine, with the same dildo as before. Now that my prostate was very live, the sorts of sensations the machine produced seemed to reach their highest level of potential. I just sort of melted into it. Now that my hands were also free, I used them to tweak the hand-held speed/intensity dial to match the speed of what was happening at various times in the video scenes, to keep the sense of erotic immersion. It was super effective.
I also took the opportunity to start caressing my bare nipples, and WOW, this was unexpected; normally this produces quite a lot of great feelings and pleasure, but something about doing it in this moment, when I was in a sexual frenzy, with a live prostate, and being fucked by a relentless machine in a dreamy fashion, and enjoying an erotic fantasy of projecting into video scenes made some magic happen. The sensation of my nipples was an electric torrent of pure, unadulterated pleasure reponse, and seemed to synergize with the feelings in my prostate. It felt so amazingly good in a way it never has, that I just squealed loudly and involuntarily for the duration I did it.
This experience was so immensely satisfying in a way I can't even convey, and yet after dozens of refractory-less orgasms, my arrousal and libido was untouched. I want to do it immediately again the next opportunity I get, and for as often as I can manage in the forseeable future. The feeling of being there was so profound I am just left with the desire to return. My pelvic region aches to be penetrated again. And I don't think I even reached the peak of the mountain... as impossibly good as it was, I get the impression that are yet more powerful experiences left.
Afterward, I just sort of lay still in the chair, and couldn't really walk. I was so hyped up it took me hours to partially come down from that, and was left with "afterglow" type effects.
It feels like a chapter of my life, of chasing a certain kind of dragon has concluded with actually catching him.
So to recap, here is what went well, and what contributed to this incredible experience:

-exercising before hand in a way that created muscle spasms which could translate to sexual energy
-having prepped beforehand, and having solutions ready for stuff like urination during orgasms
-having worked my body up to accepting and welcoming this kind of act over a couple years without pain or discomfort

I suspect having worked all of this out, the pure Aneros experiences with techniques like the "do nothing method" will also get easier to unlock, as all of this stuff feels pretty tied together.
I tried to be extra detail-oriented to catch everything I felt was significant, since I know it may be useful, and don't like when other guides leave out what feels like critical info.
I hope all of this helps some people out, and is motivating for those starting to pursue these goals!
That's quite the write up. Wish I was a fly on the wall if you will to see all that. Nice job on expanding your personal sexual experience. What was the most difficult hurdle you experienced in reaching this point that made getting there even more sweet.
Hmm.. I'd say learning to get the prostate to respond in a way that can lead to a controlled orgasm buildup, and what to do when things are approaching that point. There is very little actually written about the mechanics of how to navigate that point. It responds to different kinds of pressures at different moments, and knowing how to string them together to keep things moving and growing seems to be learned by experience. There is also a balance between being totally relaxed, mild bearing down, and PC contraction, which is a lot like Aneros practice. Most of the time for the buildup you want to be totally relaxed, but then adding light PC contractions, and fluttering them a bit seems to help when things heat up.
Also, something I forgot to mention is that having a semi-filled bladder puts pressure on the prostate which makes it easier to stimulate early on, and this leads to an easier building of feeling later.
Getting my body to produce copious amounts of natural back-door lubricant as well... no one ever writes about that which I can see, but that single thing facilitated this level being possible, whereas I was constantly re-applying lube just as things were ramping up otherwise. I seems like a missing piece of knowledge.
Learning the process of getting the inner sphincter to relax gradually to the point of being receptive enough to move things up a notch safely also took time.
