I have the helix for quite a while without much success. Two nights ago, I tried using it again, felt good but I always have to finish it off with a good masturbation. The next day after that session however, I could sometimes feel the area between testicles and anus (perineum) pulsating..

Is this normal? Or maybe a sign?

This is very normal and in my opinion a good sign that things are moving along. Experiment and try some sessions without your traditional ejaculation. Let some of that sexual energy build and see what happens.
