So I believe that I may have had my first super O. I normally get some very good sensations during my sessions but today was completely mind blowing. I rolled onto my stomach, which is a position I never use, and the aneros seemed to take over. My legs and butt cheeks started to twitch and spasm which eventually led to a pleasurable pulsing sensation with each muscle spasm. I tried to relax and just allow my body to react however it wanted to and thats when things got out of control. My legs began shaking more uncontrollably and my upper body started rocking back and forth. There was an almost frightening sensation deep within my stomach that had me moaning and grunting uncontrollably. I found that I kept trying to fight the spasms so I tried relaxing again. When I finally relaxed and allowed my body to take control my legs started kicking and twitching while my upper body rocked violently back and forth and my arms flailed around wildly. I was shaking and jumping around like a fish out of water. This went on for a few minutes which ended with an amazing wet orgasm. Luckily I happened to be video taping this session for my wife. I will post it some time in the next few days. The only unfortunate thing about the video is that in the midst of my violeny flailing around I knocked the camera over and missed the grand finale.
My questions: Is it normal to have such a violent physical reaction (body flailing around wildly) during a super orgasm? If it is normal how do you relax and just go with your bodies reaction when instinctively you want to try to calm the shaking? I look forward to hearing your responses.

Hello, liquidflow.
I've only been using Aneros for 6 months so I'm no expert. Nonetheless, based on your description and from videos I've seen, I would say you had a great Super-O of the flailing type. Congrats! Those seem to be common and lots of guys really love 'em that way. I don't, so I've developed some calming techniques to continue into a Super-O without the big muscle spasms. I use breathing and change of position when the spasms start and they back off. Continuing to relax in a melting kind of way, I let the energy waves wash through me. It's possible I'm missing some of the big thrills by doing this, but I'm OK with the trade-off.
One feature of going for the calm Super-O type is, the pleasure/energy waves can get into your head and cause "trippy" cosmic experiences. You might like that, or not. Again, it's a trade-off. There's a large variety of Super-O types and you should go with the kind you like, to the extent you can control things.
Best Regards,
Dave

[COLOR="red"]Let me first say, I'm a very lucky Aneros user. It took me less that a month to reach the Super-O. It was just as you described, without the wet orgasm (lucky you!).
If it is normal how do you relax and just go with your bodies reaction when instinctively you want to try to calm the shaking?
[COLOR="red"]I understand how frightening it can be. Letting go of control is hard enough, especially with something brand new. I go both ways with my Supers. Sometimes I just let go and flail away, pre-cum flying all over the place. Recently, however, I have been really enjoying what I call "Calm Supers." They are very long, subtle, full-bodied, Supers with dozens of Dry-O's thrown in along the way. I started experiencing these when I started having Aneros-less Minis, Dry, and Supers. So, I have NO technique to describe on how to make these "Calm Supers" come on, except to keep enjoying the journey and discovering the places your body goes through to the Super and work on visualizing them and triggering them with breathing or other body actions.
I look forward to hearing your responses.
[COLOR="red"]I hope this helps. I've found it very helpful to hear other about guys' experiences.

You might have experienced what is called "Terror at the Gates". Rumel gives a good explanation in this thread.
As far as shaking uncontrollably, that is normal. I had a similar situation and I have found as your body adapts to
the new experience it becomes less violent with time. Congratulations on your break through liquidflow!
