Hello all. For awhile now the furthest I can is having my heart beat faster than normal with the Helix. There is a slight pleasurable feeling but no involuntary contractions. I have read most of what is on here and have tried many suggestions.

What works best for me so far, after a year, is lying on my back, feet spread with half contractions. If anybody else was in a similiar situation in the past I would love to know what straw broke the camel's back for you.

Hi melisma123,

First of all let me say that the simple fact that you have "having my heart beat faster than normal" and "slight pleasurable feeling" lets you know that you are on the right track. I remember that stage vividly. That lets you know that the mechanics (position, lube, etc.) of your sessions are set, so stick with it. So much of this is propelled by your head and has nothing to do with your crotch.

So now comes the mind games. Have you thought to download Rumel's HypnAerosession? What that can really help with is getting your mind more in the game. I did not have this option when I was going through what you are now but I bet it would have helped me get through it faster.

If not, my only thing to say is that you are going to need to wrap your head around the idea that what you are experiencing now is a GREAT thing. I had good luck with convincing myself that my sessions were good for me because it was allowing me to slow down and center myself. Much like meditation. Once I started to get to that point, some real progress was made.

I think that the majority of guys that are not successful right out of the box can get bogged down in the mechanics of it. If you change things around too quick, your body and mind will have a hard time catching up.

I hope this helps in some way. Hang in there, it is worth the trip.

I to get the entire heart racing thing. This generally preceeds any other sensation that I get and normal occurs directly after I have begun my session.

As Buster said, getting the mind into the game is the key here. In a previous post I commented that using some external media focused me away from the sensation in my groin and onto something else, this has led to the best experiences that I have ever had with the aneros.

Keep it going my man.

Morn
