Hey :). I'm making really good progress with the Aneros Helix Syn and I'm really enjoying it! My sessions are getting really intense, but I think I've hit a bit of a roadblock. When I have sessions with it, I'll reach a point where I start getting loads of muscle quaking and moan like crazy, precum dribbling etc, but not really an orgasm, it just feels really good! Then I start to (what I think is) move into this higher state where my dick will start to feel really good, get rock hard and it feels like a load of precum starts shooting up to the top, but when that happens I get a sharp pain in the head of my penis where my foreskin is attached to the head. I can't retract it and I've never been able to. It was only mild so I didn't think too much of it and went back to quaking and enjoying the sensations, but I had a REALLY good session today and it was quite noticeable, I felt like I was really making a step forward in this session, I was alone and I could be noisy and just really let loose. It's like my penis expanded too far out for my foreskin and hurt. And when that happens the whole build up kind of dies down a lot. Does anyone else have experience with this?
Cheers!

No experience with this. Pain can definitely interfere with session progress. But don't worry, it might not happen again, or, it might improve with stretching?

Hi there Darwin, sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I had a recent session with a Progasm. I was leaking a lot this time and focusing on where the pleasure was and it started to feel really intense and tight down there. I could feel the orgasmic feelings around my anus and penis (especially the tip) at the same time, and then my penis convulsed, I felt a bit like I was going to pee and I felt a sharp pain through the tubes(?) where the leaks come from and a lot more volume of precum. I don't really understand because it felt super great because it made me moan involuntarily and super painful and stopped me in my tracks. It almost feels like if I didn't have that pain I'd cross a barrier to some higher level of pleasure but I can't because it's really painful and it's really frustrating. Not sure if anyone else experiences this and has some insight? The leaking has always felt a little bit uncomfortable and has a slight burning feeling but nowhere near enough to detract from the pleasure it gives.

I wasn't able to retract my foreskin at all until I was 18. I started stretching it and within 6 months I could retract it easily. I still get some pain from time to time (I'm 21 now) but it's no longer an issue really. I'd suggest practicing stretching it when flaccid and work towards stretching when hard. The shower is probably the best time. Under no circumstances should you get circumcised. Even if it takes a while for your foreskin to be completely comfortable it's worth it, believe me.
