Hey, guys I decided to write a short technique I learned from a Certified Tantra Teacher. This technique will consist of using a tennis ball of some sort, but before I go into detail I am not held responsible if anything goes wrong.

TCM & Chi Kung

The whole system revolves around the Perineum. If the goddess had to hide this would be the perfect spot. The perineum connects to all the meridians and chakras in the body. She could be the Hindu Goddess Shakti.

External Prostate Massage

We all know one way to massage the prostate and keep her healthy is by massaging the perineum.

This technique is basic get a tennis ball and place it underneath in the midway between the testicles and anus. From here you can ride and grind.

The basic technique is to relax and focus on your breath. You may experience heavenly sensations with each deep breath. You may notice you are doing basic prostate massage without the aneros.

If you want to keep your anus tight and learn to isolate your perineum muscle you need to practice Mula Bandha Power. This is a basic method all you do is contract your anus as if you were doing a basic light kegel. According to the dao you lose a lot of energy through the anus. This is best done after anal sex or sex in general.

I have done this using a tennis ball and a cushioned office chair. The extra padding seems to help. Amazing sensations!
