Are there any benefits to the prostate by using the Preidise? If not the what is the benefits of using it?
I think so, I feel better after using mine. I sometimes wear mine all night and experience many erections. They seem to gently tickle something that causes my anal muscles to twitch keeping my muscles healthy
@Needtolearn From the High Island Health website for their Peristal (Peridise) massagers:
"Why is Muscle Toning Important?
Many people do not know that the anal rectal area contains a wealth of nerve endings and muscles. As a result, most people do not usually exercise their anal rectal PC-sphincter muscles. Nevertheless, like most other muscles in your body, your anal rectal PC-sphincter muscles need regular exercise and toning to stay healthy. The Peristal is specifically designed for toning those muscles and is very effective in building muscle tone, generating circulation, and rejuvenating your entire lower body system."
I've had a set of the Peridise and know they are effective against hemorrhoids. But, IMHO, toning these muscles with the Peridise should help with your Aneros prostate massage sessions. Plus, it feels so good! Good luck to you!
Thank you guys for the replies.
Goldenboy - are you worried about them getting sucked in?? When I use them I am always worried that it will get sucked in and the handle will act like an anchor making it impossible to remove it.
I bought the peridise pair recently, having low expectations as the price was modest. I then tried the bigger of the two and was wowed. Nice stimulation and I was rewarded with one of the best erections I've had in years. Plus, it seemed to stay in well which surprised me. Now if my wife ever decides we should have intercourse again, well this could be a lot of fun for that. I had no fear of it getting sucked in - that little handle would not go past the sphincter unless a guy was say fisted regularly. A guy who was fisted regularly would not be interested in such a tiny little anal toy.
I still use my Peridise and have done for over 10 years. I have never lost any even when sleeping.
@marc33 ............. BTW, I no longer use the Peridise.
@goldenboy Your past posts praised the use of the peridise.
Why have you discontinued Peridise use ?
I went through a "down period" where I essentially discontinued all Aneros use (including Peridise). I am now (slowly) building-up my collection again. Yes, I did like the Peridise immensely. I would recommend it without reservation.
tried the Perfidies, never understood how to use it or what it was supposed to do. Was barely perceptible in my anus. For me, it is the least interesting of my Aneros models. After 3-4 sessions, I never picked it up again. But, everybody's body is different...
I think one of the most important things to remember with the Perdise is to make sure your anal area is un-clenched and relaxed so it can do it's thing; been my experience anyway. I've had times where it did nothing, but it has also given me some amazing orgasms. It's very effective if you have a hemorrhoid that is bothering you too; very effective.
I know the helix classic and the helix Syn are the same except for the outside. When using it can you tell a difference and which do you recommend?
thanks

The Helix Syn and Classic are a slightly different shape and P-tabs give different pressure as well.
If I wanted a Helix I would go for the Trident. It's a definite upgrade over the Classic line.
I find the Peridise is most fun and useful during sex or traditional masturbation. Body movements and positions are easier with the peridise than other Aneros models. And at the moment of traditional orgasm, the peridise stays put and is less aggressive on my prostate, so it assists in making for a really awesome, powerful TO but it's not as intense on my prostate directly. And I can cum traditionally in any position with a peridise in versus other Aneros models (some shoot out violently depending on their shape and P-tab arm placement, etc.).
