So last night I had an Aneros session. Had Peridise and then Eupho Syn inside me.
At the latter stage, since I was not getting anything so far, I decided to experiment a little.
With the Eupho Syn still inside me, I took the peridise and pressed against my perenium as if the head of the Peridise was a p-tab (imagine Peridise like an arrow that is pointing at my perenium).
After a while I found that I had some need to pee type of feelings. Sometimes these felt a bit like an early buildup to a traditional orgasm.
Interesting use of the Peridise.
Anyone else done this?
My only non-Progasm, non Syn model is the MGX, but the P-tab on that is so harsh that it hurts my skin (even with a soft spacer).
Just how important is perenium stimulation in rewiring efforts?

Just wanted to say I have the same problem with tab on the MGX. I've been using the Helix since February, and I bought the MGX as an experiment. Only used it twice. Hate the design. It really does nothing for me and the tab actually makes my perineum sore.

Some people take a sheet of toilet paper and fold it 3-4 times, and put that between MGX's p-tab and their perenium, as a way to add cushoning.
I've tried it once, and while it didn't hurt during the session, when I removed the MGX at the end of the session, the toilet paper fell to the bathroom tiled floor and the folded toilet paper was red - my blood from the perenium. I must have broken my skin on the perenium and bled very slightly. There was no residual blood when I was cleaning up so the cut was already clotted and sealed up.
Some people take rubber caps from medicine droppers which allegedly work well.
I've bought, but not yet tested, baby bottle replacement "teats" (is that the correct word?) which are rubber and would probably slide over the p-tab.

I remember reading about that, but the main problem (at least for me) isn't the hardness of the tab, but the prominence of the anchor point. Any kind of contraction just presses the tab too hard against me, and it gets uncomfortable almost right away. It would need a very heavy amount of padding to work, and I just can't be bothered to rig something up when the Helix feels good right out of the box.
