Is there a proper technique for using the Perdise for hemorrhoid treatment?

Is it best to do nothing and let the device do it's own thing like I normally would to achieve orgasms or apply a Kegal/contraction regime for best results?

Is it safe to use a hemorrhoid cream on the Perdise?

What is the proper technique for using the Peridise for hemorrhoids?

Is it better to use the Peridise like I normally would (do nothing/few contractions), or should I be utilizing a Kegal/contracting method for the hemorrhoids?

My intuition tells me that a non-aggressive, passive utilization might work best until you can readily detect a lessening of swelling and inflammation. Once that is apparent then a more active approach using Kegel exercises may be appropriate.

However, from the High Island Health website we can read this advice with regards the Peristal (Peridise) model.

"The root cause of hemorrhoids is that the pelvic region and anorectal area is overstressed. This may be due to a number of reasons including straining during bowel movements, constipation, aging, or hereditary factors. For pregnant women, the pressure of the fetus as well as hormonal changes can cause hemorrhoid vessels to enlarge. A healthier and toned pelvic region will have more circulation, less stagnant blood, and a lowered chance of developing hemorrhoids. Hence, improving the health of the pelvic and anal region is key to eliminating hemorrhoids.

The Peristal is the world's first and only patented hemorrhoid massager. Hands-free and self-propelled through kegal exercises, it is scientifically designed to work with your body's own natural contractions. With Peristal, every curve and every angle serves a purpose. Simply contract and relax the PC sphincter muscles and the Peristal moves. Eventually, for many users peristaltic motion is instigated.

Designed with your body in mind, the Peristal is safe, simple-to-use, and truly revolutionary."

Good Vibes to You!

I read that and I think I see what HIH means now.  They are suggesting using the Kegals/contractions to get things going on it own, which I definitely enjoy anyway.  I guess I will just enjoy and let it do it's thing like I normally do.

Anyone use hemorrhoid cream on the Peridise to ease flare-ups?  Safe to do that?

I use the 'do nothing' technique.  The device will be drawn in or expelled to the correct position that you body wants.  As you move or your natural internal muscles do their thing the device moves with it.

I wear mine all day long for relief.

Used it with the Eupho years ago while experimenting with different kinds of lubes, was ok but not great for lubrification but I'm pretty sure it's safe, personally had zero problems with it. After all it's specifically made to go in your butt, so... maybe try it for a short session and see how it goes ?
