So ive been using the aneros for a few months now, and havent had much success really. But today after inserting the aneros and relaxing for a bit i started to do light contractions..

Then i held my anal contractions for a really long time and my penis and taint began to shake uncontrollably. This was somewhat pleasurable but not too much.

What does that mean? Is that a sign of progress when your penis shakes like that?

forgot to add... that i held my anal contractions to sustain that feeling as long as possible. eventually my asshole was exhausted and i had to give up again

edit: well i did the long contractions again.... my penis was kind of shaking and i could feel tiny bits of pleasure but my asshole can only stay clenched for so long.... now my prostate hurts like hell and i think the aneros may have caused some permanent damage to it.

Sounds like you are putting a death grip on your prostate with your aneros.
Not a good idea.

found directly on the wiki for aneros.......

"Concentrate your mind on your prostate. Slowly contract your anal sphincter to about one fourth to half of full contraction strength and maintain this level of contraction. Holding this level of contraction is difficult - anal muscles will quiver and may spasm causing a vibration that corresponds to the muscle’s involuntary movements. This dynamic interaction between the voluntary and involuntary muscular contractions is important in achieving hands-free ejaculation."

Im done with this thing, if someone could id like to obtain some information my getting my money back.
