I have had the psy for a few weeks and trying different adjustments.I am starting to think maybe the factory setting may be the best for me.I used 7 different models over a 4 hour period.The last session was with the psy after an hour break.I notice a few times it was aggressivly engaging my prostate causing what I call the very pleasurable kind of "ache".Since then my pee stream has been like pencil thick and I am just amazed because It has improved since I started with Aneros 10 years ago but the last 2 days I just have to chuckle while im whizing like a 5yr old.I am wondering if anybody especially you mid 70s guys have noticed this?

I am quite new to Aneros and have the MGX.  I have noticed an improvement in the flow am getting up only once during the night to pee rather than 2 or 3 times.  A great side benefit along with all the pleasure it brings.
