Do these actually enhance your ability or pleasure during an Aneros session? How important are they? I believe mine are ok. However I don't really exercise them all the time. I was thinking about how to make my sessions better, and remembered a while back, that doing kegels every other day made my sessions much better. I just really forgot about them and haven't really been doing them. I just started again yesterday just for the sake of science and seeing if it in fact does make my sesions THAT much better. I'm curious to know if the people who are capable of having SUPER-O's, exercise these muscles often. Or maybe you just flex them while doing contratcions during a session and thats all the exercise you get. Just wondering if there is some sort of correlation. Maybe this is the key that many men are forgetting including myself. Like I said, I started doing mine again. It certainly can only help in my journey.

Craig;

PC kegels will help. I can only do them isolated from anal sphincter when hard, so I flex it during intercourse. Wife likes that effect. 🙂

Cheers,

Dave

]Hi again Craig,

Short answer --- Yes!

Years back, I whined to my Urologist about a growing tendency to Premature Ejac (aka EE). He suggested a course of Kegels and provided a coaching sheet. My wife is well skilled at Kegels--that cool squeeze that traps the penis--and her coaching helped me get into the swing of Kegels.

Fast forward to my intro to Aneros. I felt that I was cool with Kegels and well muscled. A couple of months proved that hypothesis wrong and that I'd become lazy about maintaining my pelvic floor. The indicator was how I responded to the p-tab on Helix -- I needed to pad it with a rubber bulb for comfort and to attain good prostate contact. Over a period of several months, I muscled-up from routine Aneros exericise along with Kegels. Then discarded the padding on the p-tab. Helix then started working as designed.

A good Kegel program, coached by a wife or g/f, who has delivered a baby and gone through postpartem pelvic floor rebuilding will speed things along.

As Dave points out, it's important to differentiate your muscle groups during Kegel execution. Google is your friend and can help with this should you lack an experienced female partner to keep you on track. ...rook
