As soon as I get the aneros mgx inside of me I get alot of pain inside my anus. I only insert it about 3/4ths the way in and let it slide it to place and right away pain starts. What am I doing wrong?

Well, obviously you need lots of lube, but there could be more to this.
Do you get the sensation that you need to pee when it hurts? Also, do you have an existing prostate condition that you're aware of that could be causing this?
Myself, every now and again I get a little intense feeling in the prostate but I wouldn't call it pain.
Remember that we're dealing with a very sensitive area... I mean, people are reaching orgasms with something that is slick, smooth and has very few bumps on it.
