The only times I've had the "pleasure turning almost painful" experience was with genital or anal e-stim, which is why I don't do it very often. Yes, it's very tempting, but I know it might get very uncomfortable if I'm not very careful.

With Aneros, I've had great sessions end spontaneously when some internal body part suddenly developed soreness from too much exertion or pressure. Because the soreness killed the session, it never got bad enough to be termed "pain."

I had a fantastic session yesterday in which during a long Super-O the pleasure got so great, that I would describe as almost painful. In fact I had to stop the session short because I could not take the powerful sensations anymore. I felt that I was reaching a threshold and I could not go any further.

I tried to disperse the energy by imagine lighting stars and transfer these energy into other part of my body. I haven't done enough experiment to verify it yet.

Two weeks ago I had this experience, but it was mini-o's not super.

As my prostate became more sensitive, my body became aware of the massager, which gave me more pleasure, but a little too much.

I was using another massager however (not aneros)

Mini's are pretty nice, too! I love them, just part of the feeling with aneros too!

The only experiences I have had that were so intense they were agonizing (not painful) has been when I am O'ing without the aneros. When I am using a massager the direct pressure on my prostate is so firm that orgasmic relief cascades as waves of pleasable spasms. With out a massager I seem to hover forever at the point of orgasmic inevtability and have little releases that let me down a little only to ramp up immediately again. Several of those in a row and I am squirming in rapture that could be described as so sweet it is agonizing.
