Hey all,
A little background. I have had my aneros for close to a year now. I try to use it at least once a week, usually more, but sometimes life gets in the way. I have recently been able to release expectations and finally just enjoy my sessions for what they are. No super O yet but I have been able to notice plenty other sensations that have been pleasurable.
Today I was having a session when I started to rub my balls a little. It started to feel very good, so I continued and I eventually came. I am wondering if this is counter productive? I have been abstaining from masturbating and me and my gf are even not having as much sex. I have read that ejaculation can lower your sexual energy, and make it harder to reach the super o so I have been following that advice and I think that it applies to me. I seem to be much more aroused when I am not regularly ejaculating.
Todays session was fun, and I quite enjoyed cumming without touching my cock, but I am just unsure if cumming while the aneros is inside me, without a super o or anything is counter productive?

@tweeve11 IMHO, after a year of Aneros, you should be less rigid and just letting go and that includes all of your sexuality! Yes, cutting back on ejaculations will increase your arousal (I practice semen retention and at Day 7, my testosterone is at a peak, so I am very horny today). I would suggest just relaxing into your sexuality and let your body direct you into what it wants, including ejaculation. It will not disappoint you. PS Cumming with Aneros is technically called a Super-T! Good luck and keep posting your progress with (or without) Aneros!

I get confused by the idea of semen retention because doesn't it get absorbed into your body Anyway after a time? Along with horniness? Seems that way for me anyway

No, I have gone about 14 days and in my case, the horniness didn't go away. You will eventually have a wet dream if you abstain long enough. There are other benefits of SR; do a web search..

I've gone 6 months 'retaining' and I can tell you the horniness does go away.

@lonewolf8 You misinterpreted what I wrote! What I meant was that just let go of inhibitions and just let your sexuality be expressed in many different ways: Aneros, sex, bating, fantasy, etc. BTW, I guess I have not retained for longer than 2 weeks. In 6 months, how often do you have wet dreams?
