Hello can someone answer this ? Let me me first start by saying I had a very intense prograsm session that had me crawling all over my bed I believe I had a super O ..... my ? is it possible to have orgasm while just squeezing the pc muscles

Absolutely. For me my first super of came out of doing this. I just did a few strong kegels and then held a light kegel till I felt my pc muscles exhausted and then just let go and relaxed and all the orgasms came to me as waves. This anerosless session inspired me to write my Blogger entitled couldn't stop orgasms. But I will say this only happened because my prostate had started being activated by using aneros... Good luck...

Thanks ! for me what started me in the right direction was practicing kegel Excersizes with the tempo now I can't wait for sessions with the progasm
