Most of my sessions have been on my back with my knees bent...it’s a very relaxing position, good access to nipples, and I have had some good feelings, but I am struggling to get to the next level. All fours works wonders for me. I don’t know if it hits my prostate more or less. I do know it leaves me incredibly vulnerable and stretches out my ass cheeks, causing lots of imbalance in my pelvic floor muscles. I can get off immediately with or without a toy in this position. This was very nice, but I could tell it wasn’t going to get me to the next level. I switched over to the “relaxing” phase, laid down in my back with my legs resting up on the couch. It didn’t last long, but it built up to the point where my cock got hard and started bouncing up and down. I lost it soon after, but I think this was a little bit of a breakthrough for me.

Here's something you can try : starting from your Sphinx position, don't move your legs and get your body upright, like doing a pushup but with your legs on the floor or bed, this will really stretch the abdominal muscles and squeeze your toy. Then bend your legs and progress to upright kneeling position and relax your abs. Then sit on your heels and arch your back, now that will really stretch the abdominal wall tight, there's enough room for your Aneros to move without hitting the floor and it's a perfect occasion for some nipple stim. @7sdoor If I'm not mistaken, the bouncing comes mainly from the PC muscles and maybe some other small muscles + blood flow if its jumping at the same rate as your heartbeat. To be honest I never found it that important to separate every tiny muscle and work them separately... but anyway, involuntaries in that region can only be a positive thing in my opinion. There's a modified version of this that is delightful. It's kind of a rocking back & forth from the pushup while kneeling & sitting back, all the while keeping my elbows bent with my hands in a diamond. Sometimes balancing on my knees with my feet pointed or curled up. The variations are endless.
